Subject: NO SPECIFIC REPLY TO ME YET FROM PRES. BIDEN ON MY 6 ONLINE MGS AT HIS WEBSITE
November 10, 2021
From: John Kevin McMillan (D.O.B. 4-27-1957; place of birth Lincoln, Nebraska), current criminal-law complainant and longtime-single-by-choice, permanently-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-non-vaping, permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984) and lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, gainfully-employed, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no goatee, no mustache), lifelong-tattoo-less, platonicly polite, consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), permanently-jewelry-less, white adult Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic male victim in Austin (TX) Police Department (APD) Sex Crimes Case 2021-2440624.
An APD-approved forensic DNA-swabs sexual-assault-evidence medical exam for that APD case was performed on me at my request in the early morning hours of September 2, 2021, by a first-rate Austin SAFE Alliance female forensic nurse inside the emergency room of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, in central Austin. .
APD Sex Crimes Case 2021-2440624 was opened by APD on September 1, 2021. The first-rate and very successful APD Sex Crimes Unit Investigator for that case is APD Sex Crimes Detective William Costello, who very courageously signed and provided me with a copy of an official authorization form for that above-cited forensic rape-evidence exam on me. Full results from DNA processing of the rape-evidence kit from that forensic medical exam on me are expected by late November or early December, APD Detective Costello in the last several weeks stated to me on the telephone, The direct-dial official APD phone number for the professionally polite APD Detective William Costello is: (512) 974-4247.
I myself have resided alone ever since my move-in date of June 21, 2019, as the promptly-rent-paying only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside a double-bolt-locked second-floor, eastward-facing efficiency apartment unit (Apt. 2418 of Building 17, northeastern corner of my current complex) at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin. I always sleep alone on my own bed. I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice (including ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August of 2001), certified direct descendant of the Rev. William Brewster---a great Puritan religious leader who served as head chaplain on the Mayflower and, later, as the leading religious adviser to British Plymouth Colony Governor William Bradford.
Earlier this 21st Century, I was officially approved to myself become, and did in fact become for at least one full year, a certified official dues-paying individual member of the New England-based Elder William Brewster Society. I plan to renew my membership in that nobly idealistic organization in the near future.

"Mr. President, your recent public statement to the news media that you have zero privacy in The White House prompts me to ask you:
"--Are you yourself being physically abused by anyone during your sleeping hours as you lie on your designated bed in The White House?
"---Is your own Internal Thought Process being monitored 24-hours-per-day?

---MY AUGUST 4, 2021, MESSAGE TO U.S. PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN THAT I SUBMITTED ONLINE AT 1:54 A.M. CENTRAL TIME THAT DAY AT HIS OFFICIAL U.S. GOVERNMENT WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE IN WASHINGTON, D.C.:
"Mr. President, do you believe the U.S. Government should do more to help municipal law-enforcement agencies such as the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas, to improve their ability to very quickly determine whether an alleged home-invasion-crimes case that reportedly occurs on a daily and ongoing basis in that city is, in fact, an alleged continuous and continuing home-invasion-crimes case that demands very urgent priority for full investigation by that municipal law-enforcement agency?
"Also, Mr. President, do you agree with me that if a criminal-law complainant (myself, for instance) who is also a self-identified continuous home-invasion-crimes and personal-injury-crimes victim has been denied of any privacy rights over a multi-week or longer time period in a context that the U.S. Government permitted to occur, all evidence of criminal activities victimizing the cited complainant that are obtained from the extraordinarily extensive and unprecedented 24-hour-a-day surveillance of every aspect of the living conditions and life of that victim and complainant (including content of his nocturnal dreams, content of his internal thought process, medical records of medical injuries and medical symptoms he sustained, content of anonymous fraudulent communications and anonymous death threats to which the victim was subjected against his wishes, and complete records about any and all possible points of entry into the victim's locked residence) should potentially be factual evidence that a public law-enforcement agency with legal authority to investigate should be able to use in arresting one or more crime suspects? Subject: 4-15-21 Urgent Question for President Biden re: crime case
From: John Kevin McMillan. My solo-occupancy efficiency-apartment-unit rental-home address ever since June 21, 2019: Pebble Creek Apartments (a Belco Equities-affiliated, large gated-community complex), 8805 North Plaza Drive, Building 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753. Home phone: (512) 342-2295. Cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
April 15, 2021
Dear President Biden,
Congratulations again on your phenomenally incisive and very courageous style as our great new duly-elected Chief of State ever since you were sworn into office on Inauguration Day, January 20, 2021.
I am writing to you today in order to pose a very candid public-policy-minded question to yourself:
Mr. President, have you ever at any time in your first three months as our Chief of State ever once obtained any factual evidence from any credible source other than myself which indicates that I myself as a longtime-celibate, permanently-alcohol-free, gainfully-employed, single adult Anglo-Saxon gentleman, age 63, have been victimized inside my current rental-apartment unit in Austin, Texas, by one or more alleged home-invasion-crimes, alleged trespassing crimes, alleged sexual assault crimes, or alleged personal-injury-crimes?
I am referring, Mr. President, to very sly and very sinister crimes that allegedly occurred during my own sleeping hours as I lay alone or lie alone, asleep and unconscious and possibly snoring, on my own bed inside my current always-bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit.
It is a rental apartment, I might add, in which I live alone, I always sleep alone, and I never permit anyone but on-duty Austin Police Department officers or, on one total occasion that occurred several months ago, on-duty Austin-Travis County EMS staff members, to enter my unit at nighttime. I might add with polite emphasis that ever since I moved into my current rental-housing unit on June 21, 2019, I have never on any occasion ever once had any invited overnight personal visitor or personal guest or any invited late-night personal visitor or personal guest anywhere inside my rental unit.
If your answer to the above question is "yes", Mr. President, have you yourself chosen to contact the Austin Police Department, the Travis County District Attorney's Office in Austin, the Austin-based Texas Rangers Division of the Texas Department of Public Safety, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, or some other government law-enforcement agency to share that factual crime evidence you obtained with any of those law-enforcement-minded or criminal-prosecution-minded government agencies?
The most recent case number provided to me by an Austin Police Department officer in regard to the above-cited alleged continuous home-invasion-crimes and sex-crimes case in which I am the cited victim is: APD Case Number 21-0830533. No forensic DNA-swabs sexual-assault-evidence forensic medical exam on me has been authorized for me by APD on any occasion in the entire most recent nine-year period. During that same nine-year period, I have repeatedly on 15 or more separate occasions asked APD or local hospital emergency room physicians or the Safe Austin Alliance non-profit group that staffs forensic nurses for a forensic medical exam on myself. I have emphasized that because of the allegedly continuous nature of the alleged sex-crimes case in which I am the cited longtime-celibate adult male victim during my sleeping hours, I am seeking full 190-day retroactive processing of any and all DNA swabs obtained from any such medical exam on myself.
President Biden, I have also decided to share with you today the text of a personal blog (farther below) of mine I posted on July 19, 2015, at my personal blogsite. I am sharing that blog with you partly because I never received a reply letter from then-President Barack Obama on the two polite questions (also provided farther below, in a blog of mine that contained the entire text of the 2015 e-mail letter of mine that contained those two questions) I had posed to Mr. Obama in an e-mail letter I wrote and directly sent to our then-Chief of State on July 16, 2015:
"Mr. President, have you obtained any factual evidence from any source other than myself which indicates that I myself have been victimized by alleged sexual assault or rape or personal-injury-crimes of any cited type that allegedly occurred in Austin, Texas, at any time or on any occasion during your entire tenure thus far as U.S. President?
"If so, Mr. President, why have you apparently chosen not to contact the Austin Police Department or the Travis County District Attorney's Office or the Travis County Sheriff's Office to share with them the crime evidence you have obtained about myself being a victim of crime in Austin, Texas?"...

To: United States President Barack Obama,
The White House,
Washington, D.C.
Mr. President,
Thank you for your well-publicized public statement this week, and I quote verbatim from the final portion of that statement: "...This country, any civilized country, should have no tolerance for rape."
Mr. President?
If so, Mr. President, why have you apparently chosen not to contact the Austin Police Department or the Travis County District Attorney's Office or the Travis County Sheriff's Office to share with them the crime evidence you have obtained about myself being a victim of crime in Austin, Texas?
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan.

---MY MARCH 1, 2021, MESSAGE I POSED ONLINE AT 11:11 A.M. THAT DAY TO U.S. PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN AT HIS OFFICIAL U.S. GOVERNMENT WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE IN WASHINGTON, D.C.:
"President Biden, do you support safe housing conditions for me during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my current bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in northeast Austin?"
"I am posing this question to you because I feel very hopeful you strongly support the legal right of longtime-celibate, law-abiding, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, single adult American citizens residing alone inside a bolt-locked rental-apartment unit ---I myself being among those individuals---to live alone and sleep alone inside their unit in their capacity as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant inside their solo-occupancy rental-apartment unit in the USA.
"I also hope you strongly support the legal right of male adult tenants fitting the above description to sleep alone inside their own bolt-locked rental-apartment without anyone but that tenant ever being physically present anywhere inside his locked rental unit at any time during his own bedtime hours or sleeping hours at nighttime.
"I have always paid my full rent on time for my current solo-occupancy apt. unit in Austin that I have resided in ever since June 21, 2019, on two separate respective official apartment-management-team-approved 12-month lease agreements. My current lease agreement for my rental-apartment unit expires at 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2021."

---MY FEBRUARY 16, 2021, MESSAGE TO U.S. PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN THAT I SUBMITTED ONLINE AT 4:54 P.M. THAT DAY AT HIS OFFICIAL U.S. GOVERNMENT WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE IN WASHINGTON, D.C.:
"Mr. President, I would appreciate any words of support you are willing to offer to the FBI about my high level of honesty and factual accuracy as a criminal-law complainant in Austin, Texas. I was very pleased today to speak with a polite female staff member for the FBI on the telephone. She stated to me that an FBI agent will contact me if the FBI decides to investigate my criminal-law complaint today to the FBI that the Austin Police Dept. Sex Crimes Unit ever since early 2012 has repeatedly over a multi-year period declined to authorize a forensic anal-rape-evidence and oral-rape-evidence DNA-swabs medical exam on me that I have repeatedly requested from APD. I am a self-identified home-invasion-crimes victim during my sleeping hours on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis in an alleged continuous and continuing sex-crimes case and alleged continuous and continuing personal-injury-crimes case in which I am the longtime-celibate-by-choice, permanently-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, civil and law-abiding, gainfully-employed, single adult Anglo non-Hispanic male 63-year-old current complainant. I always sleep alone on my own bed. I never permit anyone but on-duty APD officers or, on one total occasion, on-duty EMS staff members after I had repeatedly vomited, to enter my current always-bolt-locked solo-occupancy apartment unit at nighttime."

---MY JANUARY 20, 2021, PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION DAY MESSAGE THAT I SUBMITTED ONLINE AT 2:11 P.M. THAT DAY TO U.S. PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN AT HIS OFFICIAL U.S. GOVERNMENT WHITE HOUSE WEBSITE IN WASHINGTON, D.C.:
"Are you willing to ask your FBI director today to authorize an immediate and comprehensive DNA-traces forensic medical exam on me ASAP that obtains forensic swabs of my anal cavity, behind, groin area, mouth, hips, legs, etc.?
"Full and comprehensive 190-day-or-longer retroactive DNA-traces processing of that entire FBI-obtained rape-evidence kit from me will be a life-saver for me. I can then press criminal-law charges through the FBI or Homeland Security or, at the state/local level, the Austin Police Department, Texas Rangers of the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency, Travis County Sheriff's Office, Travis County DA, State Comptroller's Office Criminal Investigations Division, Attorney General of Texas, or the Office of the Governor of Texas.
"I am a longtime celibate (including ever since I moved to N. Austin in Aug. 2001), permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, polite, clean-talking, single adult white gentleman. ANY DNA trace to anyone other me is virtual proof in a courtroom that that person raped me during my sleep.
"I seek to press criminal-law charges against any and all perpetrators of alleged home-invasion-crimes, hate crimes, personal-injury-crimes, sleep-harassment-crimes, pain-infliction crimes, thought-control-project-infliction crimes, 'deprogramming services'-related crimes, and alleged felony sex crimes involving organized-crime activities that have allegedly victimized me during my sleeping hours on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis as I lie ALONE on my own bed, asleep and unconscious, inside my current double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in NE Austin.
"I suspect that many of the alleged perpetrators are foreign citizens and may possibly be supported or employed by a foreign government. Russia is the foreign nation where readership of my blogs about my being a self-identified continuous-home-invasion-crimes rape victim during my sleeping hours has been the highest."
