Dear Open Records Section Coordinator the State Comptroller of Texas state agency in Austin,
Thank you for your October 29, 2021, reply letter (below) to me. Your reply letter stated that eight respective individuals employed by a State Government of Texas agency or institution and residing at 8805 North Plaza Drive in Austin each received at least one paycheck processed through your State Comptroller's Office during the time period from June 21, 2019, through October 11, 2021.
As you know, I myself have resided at 8805 North Plaza Drive in Austin throughout the multi-year time period applicable to that public-information request from myself to your state agency.
You also stated in your October 29 reply letter to me that the State of Texas-issued paychecks were issued to those eight respective State of Texas employees on behalf of four respective separate state agencies: the State Comptroller of Public Accounts, the State of Texas Health and Human Services Commission, the Texas Legislative Council, and the Texas Workforce Commission, respectively.
Thank you again for your helpful reply letter.
Best Wishes,
current public-information requestor and former Texas Department of Public Safety state law-enforcement agency full-time employee John Kevin McMillan of Austin.
I might add with polite emphasis that I am also a current criminal-law complainant and longtime-celibate-by-choice, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), lifelong-tobacco-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and public-safety-minded, single adult Anglo non-Hispanic male victim in the currently active Austin (TX) Police Department Sex Crimes Case Number 2021-2440624. The very successful APD detective in that case, which was opened by APD on September 1, 2021, is APD Sex Crimes Detective William Costello. His direct-dial APD office phone number is: (512) 974-4247.
An APD-approved forensic DNA-swabs rape-evidence kit was obtained from me at my request, with help from an Austin SAFE Alliance female forensic nurse who performed a rape-evidence exam on me in the early-morning hours of Sept. 2, 2021, inside the ER of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, in central Austin. Results from DNA-processing of that rape-evidence kit will be received by APD Detective Costello anytime from late November to early December of 2021, he stated to me on the phone today.
I would welcome any crime tips to APD Sex Crimes Detective Costello by any State of Texas employee---including by any State of Texas employee who has ever resided at 8805 North Plaza Drive in Austin at any time since June 21, 2019----who might have any factual information, unconfirmed reports, or rumors that they are willing to share with APD Detective Costello in regard to that alleged home-invasion-crimes, alleged-anal-rape-crimes, and alleged personal-injury-crimes case. The direct-dial office phone number for APD Sex Crimes Detective Costello is: (512) 974-4247.
My solo-occupancy efficiency-rental-home address ever since June 21, 2019:
Pebble Creek Apartments (a very large gated-community complex that is managed by the Austin-based Belco Equities, Inc., and is owned by "Pebble Creek Babay, Ltd., doing business as Pebble Creek Apartments", according to my current official fully-signed six-month lease agreement for Apartment 2418 at this complex, with Pebble Creek Babay, Ltd., reportedly being a "California Limited Partnership" for which the primary agent has a mailing address in Beverly Hills, California), 8805 North Plaza Drive, Building 17 (northeastern corner of complex), Apt. 2418 (a second-floor, eastward-facing unit), Austin, TX 78753. My home phone: (512) 342-2295. My cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
