Thank you for your reply note (below) to me today.
Your reply message stated that you have forwarded my February 16, 2024, public- information request focused on longtime Austin Mayor Steve Adler and me to "the other City of Austin department".
Are you referring to the Austin Police Department, the City of Austin Mayor's Office, or some other City of Austin department?
It seems likely that you forwarded my public- information request to the Austin Police Department public information office, but I am not completely sure about that.
My February 16, 2024, public information request had stated:
"This is a Texas Open Records Request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail communications, reports, letters, findings, memoranda, directives, executive orders, or other documents that were each generated, written, received, sent, FAXEd, or mailed at any time between 9 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, January 6, 2015, and 8 a.m. Central Time on Monday, February 19, 2024, by Austin Mayor Steve Adler or a staff member in the Austin Mayor's Office, and that in each and every such case referred at least once to myself being a victim of one or more felony Sexual-Assault Crimes or other Felony Personal-Injury Crimes, a victim of a felony 'Child Abuse' crime, a victim of a felony 'Elder Abuse' crime, a victim of a Home Invasion Crime, a victim of a Human Trafficking crime in which I myself was asleep and held unconscious throughout, or a victim of some other type of crime.
"Not included in the scope of this request are any and all letters, reports, or e-mail communications that were each written or sent by myself."
