Congratulations on your current very influential position as the Salt Lake City Council District 4 Representative. 

I live in District 4, and I am a currently  registered voter.  I became a permanent official resident of Utah on January 1, 2023.

 Do you support safe and comfortable and healthful, unharassed, and uninterrupted sleeping conditions for myself inside my current  fully locked solo-occupancy  studio rental apartment unit ---- sleeping conditions that are  not harmed by continuous noise pollution harassment of myself?

I am an honest, law-abiding,  vigilant, non-stalking, and pro-law-enforcement,  gainfully employed,  facially cleanshaven, lifelong-tattoo-less, consistently clean-talking in my everyday conversations with others, permanently alcohol-free ever since 1990, lifelong-tobacco-free,  lifelong non-vaping, permanently marijuana-free ever since 1984, lifelong illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, permanently  jewelry-less, non-sadistic, non-sadomasochistic, and anti-S&M, non-gambling, non-pranking,  lifelong-single, longtime celibate (ever since one total day in 1995), disease-free, fully and recently vaccinated, platonicly polite, adult white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic male adult gentleman and current voting constituent of yours.

Thank you in advance, Council Member Lopez Chavez,  for the very reassuring reply letter you are willing to send me on this very important Safe and Comfortable  Housing Issue. 

That nice reply letter from you will have  a major bearing on my ability as a single adult  gentleman to get the full and uninterrupted healthful and revitalizing sleep I need every night for enhancing my overall medical  health and my job performance at each of  my two current respective first-rate restaurant-industry workplaces in Utah.
