This is a Texas Open Records Request in which I am seeking a copy of any and all reports, findings, affidavits of arrests, e-mail communications, letters, memoranda,  or directives written or received or sent by the Travis County Sheriff's Office at any time  since 9 a.m. January 4, 2017, that each referred to myself as being  the victim of a felony crime, the victim of two or more felony crimes,  or the victim of continuous felony crimes.

Not included in the scope of this request are  letters or e-mail letters that I myself wrote.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska. I am a lifelong American citizen and a  lifelong single person. I am also a permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990), lifelong tobacco-free, nonvaping  white male adult English-Scottish-German-American gentleman.  I am law-abiding, platonicly polite, and non-stalking.  I have been completely celibate ever since one total day in 1995.

I most recently resided in Austin proper on a continuous and uninterrupted basis from mid-March of 1997 until the morning of December 31, 2021.

 In the late 1990s I gave televised speeches for a community television channel  in Austin on behalf of my non-proselytizing and one-member  (only me) "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion" ----a new and politely non-Christian, public safety-minded, factually focused, anti-alcohol and anti-tobacco religion that I  officially registered with the Texas Secretary of State's Office in Austin.

In response to my televised speeches in Austin, I received at least one obscene voice-mail message in the late 1990s  from a self-identified "Catholic" male resident of Austin who stated to me in that recorded message that "Your religion kills (sic) c--ts (obscenely anatomical  reference to  biological women)!"

This public information request today  was prompted in part by the surprising exact verbatim subject heading of "McMillan Rape" that was authored by a paralegal employed in your  Travis County Sheriff's Office, Michael LaSorsa, in his October 13, 2014, reply to an Open Records Request focused on me that I had written and e-mailed to your Sheriff's Office in Austin:

This request is also prompted by a very surprising unsolicited comment to me on the telephone from inside  a Travis County Government office workplace  in August 2001 by Travis County Government Civil Probate Division  Director David Ferris: "There appears to be an attempt by numerous persons to drive you (John Kevin McMillan of  Austin) out of the Austin area!"

I am a law-abiding  member of the White Non-Hispanic Racial Group. I am exclusively MONORACIAL in my own sexual identity and sexual orientation. I very emphatically DO NOT agree to ever date anyone or have any sexual contact with anyone  who is outside of my own White Non-Hispanic Racial Group. I am  enthusiastically Northern European and '"Anglophiliacal"  in heritage,  and I am delighted by the  natural blond hair of other wholesome white Anglo-Saxon  American citizens in my own cultural and personal  affinities.

I myself am very opposed to any and all Home Invasion Sexual Assault Crimes and any and all other Home Invasion Personal Injury Crimes.

 I am also very opposed to unconscionable Home Invasion Sexual Assault Crimes---including the outrageous rapes perpetrated by Home Invader Somnophiliacs----  that occur in a context in which the sleeping  victim inside his or her  locked private  residence  is either asleep and unconscious or awakened by the assailant  and rendered unconscious by that rapist when the perpetrator illegally subjects  the victim to  Chloroform.

Upon very  helpful advice to me from two very  honorable peace officers of the Austin (TX) Police Department, I myself relocated---through a commercial airplane flight in which I boarded the plane as a passenger traveling alone----  from Travis County, Texas, to Salt Lake County, Utah, on December 31, 2021.
