The confirmation on this that I received today in an attachment to an e-mail reply letter to myself was in direct response to my February 12, 2024, public information request to the Attorney General of Texas.

Please note, however, that the OAG has redacted a personal e-mail address from the attached documents pursuant to section 552.137 of the Government Code and the previous determination issued by the Open Records Division. See Open Records Decision No. 684 (2009) (governmental bodies may withhold certain information without necessity of requesting decision from Open Records Division).
