I need to add to my friendly email letter to you that I myself am a law-abiding member of the White Non-Hispanic racial group.

 I very emphatically DO NOT agree to ever have any intimate physical contact or any sexual contact with   any person who is outside of my own White Non-Hispanic racial group.

I moved to  Utah in order to increase the number of law-abiding mutual-consent Anglo-Saxon adult personal  friends in my own off-duty life, with an emphasis on politely masculine, facially cleanshaven,  tobacco-free, non-vaping, tattoo-less,  alcohol-free, white natural-blond Anglo-Saxon adult gentlemen age  21 or older. 

I also moved to Salt Lake City to enhance  my ability to develop a mutual-consent romantic dating life for myself that exclusively involves me with white natural-blond-haired single adult  American citizens age 21 or older.  

I look forward to hearing back from you, Council Member Lopez Chavez.

I live in District 4, and I am a currently  registered voter.  I became a permanent official resident of Utah on January 1, 2023.
