Dear Open Records Coordinator for the City Government of Austin,

This is a Texas Open Records Request in which I seek to obtain from you a copy of any and all e-mail communications, reports, letters, findings, memoranda, directives,  executive orders, or other documents that were each generated, written, received, sent, FAXEd, or mailed at any time between 9 a.m. Central Time on  Tuesday, January 6, 2015, and 8  a.m. Central Time on  Monday, February 19, 2024, by Austin Mayor Steve Adler or a staff member in the Austin  Mayor's Office, and that in each and every such case referred at least once to myself being a victim of one or more felony Sexual-Assault Crimes or other Felony Personal-Injury Crimes, a victim of a  felony "Child Abuse" crime, a victim of a felony "Elder Abuse" crime, a victim of a Home Invasion Crime, a victim of a Human Trafficking crime in which I myself was asleep and held unconscious throughout,  or a victim of some other type of  crime.

Not included in the scope of this request are any and all  letters, reports, or e-mail communications that were each written or sent  by myself.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska. 

I most recently resided in Austin, Texas, on a continuous basis from mid-March of 1997 through the morning of December 31, 2021.

Based on very helpful advice on the telephone that I received from two respective first-rate Austin Police Department officers, I relocated by a  commercial airplane flight  from Austin, Texas, to Salt Lake City, Utah, on December 31, 2021. 

In Salt Lake County, Utah, I resided as a rent-paying occupant or tenant inside a locked solo-occupancy apartment unit I rented at  two respective "Extended Stay America" chain hotel locations ---  Room 210  at 1220 East 2100 South  in the Sugarhouse section of  Salt Lake City, and,  later,  Room 227 at a  Sandy, Utah, location (generally instead cited online as a "Midvale", Utah, location)   of that hotel chain. The Sandy location where I rented  Room 227 is situated at 7555 South Union Park Avenue in that city.

In late February 2022, I   moved into a solo-occupancy rental quadraplex apartment unit with the full exact address of "6819 South 1300 East, Cottonwood Heights, Utah, 84121". 

I moved from that quadraplex unit into  a solo-occupancy unit (below) inside an 11-story HUD-subsidized and HUD-inspected senior citizens apartment building in downtown Salt Lake City on June 1, 2022.
