This is a courtesy re-send to yourself of the letter I sent you and your colleagues earlier today.

Please note that I have made corrections to the e-mail addresses for the Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office and for Salt Lake City Housing Authority Executive Director Daniel Nackerman, and I've added the email address of "publicservicesinfo@slcgov.com".

I am not sure why the carbon copy I sent earlier today  to the Salt Lake County Diversity Director,  EC Garcia, did not go through successfully for me. 

Ms. Eva Lopez Chavez, please forward this two-part  E-mail letter to Mr. Garcia on my behalf.

I was very surprised to learn today  that even though I had used the correct E-mail address for EC Garcia, I received the following automatic reply message that my e-mail letter had not been received by that Salt Lake County Government official:

"Do you support safe and comfortable and healthful, unharassed, and uninterrupted sleeping conditions for myself inside my current  fully locked solo-occupancy  studio rental apartment unit ---- sleeping conditions that are  not harmed by continuous noise pollution harassment of myself?"

City Council Member Lopez  Chavez,  I have decided to ask each of your City Council Member colleagues, Salt Lake City  Mayor Erin Mendenhall, other City of Salt Lake City officials, as well as Salt Lake County officials, State of Utah officials, and federal officials, if any of them are willing to provide me with a written reply to  the above public policy-related  question from myself.
