Dear Salt Lake City (UT) City Council Member Eva Lopez Chavez,

I apparently have not received any reply letter from you in response to my February 6 and February 8 e-mail letters  to you that each posed the same politely worded question to you:

"Do you support safe and comfortable and healthful, unharassed, and uninterrupted sleeping conditions for myself inside my current  fully locked solo-occupancy  studio rental apartment unit ---- sleeping conditions that are  not harmed by continuous noise pollution harassment of myself?"

City Council Member Lopez  Chavez,  I have decided to ask each of your City Council Member colleagues, Salt Lake City  Mayor Erin Mendenhall, other City of Salt Lake City officials, as well as Salt Lake County officials, State of Utah officials, and federal officials, if any of them are willing to provide me with a written reply to  the above public policy-related  question from myself.

I will look forward to receiving a reply letter on this subject from any of you in the very near future.

I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the one total state or local government official in Utah who has sent me a letter of support for safe housing conditions for me inside my current fully locked and bolt-locked solo-occupancy rental apartment unit in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.
