Dear Open Records Administrator for the Office of the Governor of Texas state agency in Austin,

This is an Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you any and all legal records, letters, e-mail communications, or other documents that were   received or generated by your state agency's "Child Sex Trafficking Team" at any time since January 20, 2015, that each referred to a person under age 18 who was reportedly situated inside a rental apartment unit where  I myself was either a rent-paying tenant or a rent-paying occupant at that time.

My legal name is John Kevin McMillan. My Date of Birth is April 27, 1957. I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.

My residential addresses in Austin, Texas, during the time period applicable to this public information request, along with exact or near-exact or approximate dates when I resided at each cited rental housing unit as a rent-paying approved  tenant or rent-paying approved  occupant, were:

---Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apartment 2418, Building 17 (correct exact building  number), Austin, Texas 78753. (June 21, 2019, to December 31, 2021).

-----Austin Motor Inn, 11400 North IH 35, Austin, Texas, 78753. (June 14, 2019,  to June 21, 2019).

----Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apartment 1609, Austin, TX  78759. (September 1, 2017, to June 13, 2019)

----Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Apartment 902, Austin, Texas 78759. (late September 2015 to September 1, 2017)

----Extended Stay America, Crossland Economy Studios, 12621 Hymeadow Road, Apartment 133,  Austin, Texas 78729. (July 29, 2015, to late September 2015).

-----Wind River Crossing Apartments, 11411 Research Boulevard, (Apartment) Number 325, Austin, Texas 78759. (early January 2002 to July 29, 2015).

I relocated by commercial airplane flight  from Austin, Texas, to Salt Lake City, Utah, on December 31, 2021. I resided as a rent-paying occupant or tenant in two respective Extended Stay America hotels--- in the Sugarhouse section of  Salt Lake City, Utah, and in Sandy, Utah, respectively---before I moved into a solo-occupancy rental quadraplex apartment unit with the full exact address of "6819 South 1300 East, Cottonwood Heights, Utah, 84121". I moved from that quadraplex unit into  a solo-occupancy unit (below) inside an 11-story HUD-subsidized and HUD-inspected senior citizens apartment building in Salt Lake City on June 1, 2022.
