The things that seem to be happening to me are not possible without certain technologies (or at least resources) that I'm not aware exist and also massive social engineering.

Shared experiences:

- all entries locked

 - to my knowledge, no one has even been inside my apartment except on rare occasion maintenance, management, and my mother

 - motions sensor camera (mine personally were always interfered with) that uploads to a (Alphabet) Google Nest server is always interfered with (denying access to several intervals on the timeline of the recording) on my waking

- memory of anal or lower spinal vibration during sleep

- rare memory of oral liquid and tube down throat

- I am celibate and have been for over 10 years. He mentions something similar

Experiences unique to him:

 - several people hinting that they might want to leave Texas or that they know about the rape

Experiences unique to myself (or that I've found on your blog yet):

 - motion sensor often triggered when nothing is visible

- I was diagnosed with narcolepsy with cataplexy, but strangely my neurologist later got in trouble for falsifying sleep study reports (not sure my report was one of those)

- The first and only time I took my taser to bed the next morning it was broken (why did my father purchase me a taser?)

 - hearing voices during hypnogogic/hypnopompic states often the same voices (though I can't recognize them as anyone familiar)

 - sound of running water coming from bathroom on lying down to sleep (100$ correlation)

 - I often think (though I am quite unsure) that I see incredibly fast moving black figures (lasting <1sec) on waking and viewing my bedroom

 - When attempting to record audio with my phone in bed I captured visible waveforms while asleep, but when I played it back it was silent. When I uploaded it to my PC and played it back in Audacity it could hear the waves of static noise.

 - I have woken at night many times with my entire body pulsating in a kind of euphoria.

 - woken with racing heart

 - there are other more rare events

Also occurred in 2 sleep studies and at mother's house and father's guest house

On driving to my parent's town over 4hrs I never felt tired which is very strange given that my narcolepsy doesn't allow me to say sit and read for more than 7-15 min before falling asleep (for the most part)

My cataplexy really hinders me from being able to take as much action as I would like. I cannot defend myself.

There is one additional experience that I don't seem to share with Mr. Mcmillan, it seems that whenever I get in close proximity to a female I am able to notice and infer that there seems to be an above average amount of hormonal communication occurring. I can notice this affect in their behavior. When this happens I get really sweaty in my right groin area, but with absolutely no arousal.

Speculations:

- Could future time traveling humans or (dare I say aliens) being creating blackmail evidence for some future purpose?

- Is there some kind of runaway civilization in the present with such technologies?

- Time and space manipulation?

- Massive social engineering

 - Short term memory erasure

 - Organized crime...

 - hitchiker effect? (I have no evidence of this just wondering if it is related)

 - Havana Syndrome?

Of all my hypothetical explanations the only somewhat positively connoted conjecture is somehow people or future people using trauma in a somehow positive way (maybe to affect consciousness?)

I am entirely sane and have been employed all of life after graduating from college in 2009. There is more but perhaps that is enough for you?

Lastly on finding your blog and making some posts online, I could hear people either upstairs, in neighboring apartments or outside arguing. In fact in the vast majority of instances where I have noticed strange things occurring I have noticed hearing such commotion. But I never hear such things in my normal day to day occurrences.

I hope to develop a correspondence (unless I don't wake up after tonight!).

I met all of my neighbors from Bldg. 3 between 2008-11 and had little problems with any of them.  I'd agree strongly with Howard's assessment of our neighbors, as well. He is an excellent judge of character.

As a new resident of Salt Lake County, I have been warned repeatedly by numerous local residents that I should avoid moving into any rental housing unit in a suburb west of Salt Lake City, since "anything west of Salt Lake City is a bad area", those local residents advised me. I have also been advised repeatedly that "air pollution levels west of Salt Lake City are much higher than inside the city", or words to that effect. "The farther east you travel, the better the air quality and the more desirable the towns."

One local woman also advised me "stay away from Ogden". She added that she had witnessed an alleged stabbing incident on a Trax ( right name?) train car in Ogden and had reported that shocking incident to the police.

One taxi driver also told me that "Rose Park is not a good place in which to live."

I myself was not able to find any online record in my personal computer system that I had ever on any occasion ever at any time sent any e-mail communication to the e-mail address of  "darcmarc27@gmail.com" or to anyone with the cited "username" of"Marc T".

You indicated you would be sending our office a copy of your letter to the Police Monitor. Our office do not conduct criminal investigations, that is done through the Police Department(.) If you have issues with the Police Department then you will need to contact the Office of the Police Monitor. We do not need all of the information you are in the process of submitting to our office. Thank you. Alta Ochiltree, Executive Secretary to Michael McDonald, Deputy City Manager." Ms. Ochiltree is a high-ranking African-American female employee of the City of Austin.

--Ms. Denise Zuniga, then a staff member for KLRU Educational Television station that maintains its studio on the campus of The University of Texas at Austin, on November 4, 2004, sent me a very emphatic rejection e-mail note in which she capitalized all of the letters of that note to me: "PLEASE REMOVE THIS AND ALL EMAIL ADDRESSES YOU HAVE FOR KLRU-TV IMMEDIATELY!" Shortly after that rejection note to me, a male work supervisor of Ms. Zuniga explained to me on the telephone that Ms. Zuniga did NOT speak for the entire KLRU Television Station team, with that male supervisor of hers providing me with a professional E-mail address he said I could use in contacting his educational-television station in Austin.

---A male editor in chief of the "Lincoln Journal Star" daily newspaper in Lincoln, Nebraska, during the 1990s or possibly in 2000 or 2001. That rejection letter to me was particularly surprising to me since I was born in Lincoln and am not aware of myself having been involved in any controversy in Lincoln during the only time period in which I lived in Lincoln (from my date of birth until I was one and one-half years old).

---A staff member for "The New York Times" daily newspaper named Howard Goldberg.

----On November 30, 2006, Arnold Garcia, editor of the Editorial Page of the "Austin American-Statesman," sent me a terse e-mail rejection letter in response to several letters to the editor submissions from myself and a follow-up e-mail letter from me in which I politely urged him in writing to please reconsider his decision not to publish a letter to the editor of mine in which I had expressed concern in writing about an illicit-drug crisis in Austin, Texas: "I'll make this short: Don't waste my time with any more of your whining. Clear enough?"

----Michelle Chism, a high-ranking editor of the ABC-affiliate KVUE Television News team based in northwest Austin, with Ms. Chism imposing a ban on any and all phone calls or letters or visits by me to the KVUE television station along Steck Avenue in northwest Austin.

---John Kelso, a Boston, Massachusetts-bred newspaper columnist for "The Austin American-Statesman" daily newspaper. Mr. Kelso repeatedly expressed apparent hostility toward me when I made phone calls to him in which I offered him possible column ideas, with Mr. Kelso hanging up his end of the phone line in two separate phone calls I made to him at his daily newspaper office. Mr. Kelso's volatility toward me on the telephone conveyed a very apparent personal rejection of myself. I have of course honored that rejection by not contacting Mr. Kelso over a multi-decade period since then.

---Nuri Valbona, a female Spanish-American professional photographer for "The Dallas Morning News," stated to me on the telephone when I called her "Dallas Morning News" office in the 1990s that she did not want me to keep up with her.

---Jim Nelson, a former news editor for "The Minnesota Daily" student newspaper on the University of Minnesota campus and more recently a self-identified professional freelance writer for the "National Enquirer" and other publications, sent me an e-mail note several or more years ago in which he asked me not to send him any more carbon-copies on e-mail letters that I write and also send to others. That emphatic reply note from Jim Nelson was honored by me, with one possible exception (possibly two) in which I may have decided to send him an exception-to-the-rule carbon-copy on a very important and urgent issue I was facing in my own life in Austin. At no time did Mr. Nelson, a resident of the Minneapolis area of Minnesota, ever state to me that I was forbidden from ever again directly writing to him. I was hopeful that Jim Nelson might help me to identify a media company allegedly harassing me in Austin, partly because Jim Nelson volunteered to me on the phone in the late 1990s or early 21st Century, "The Austin American-Statesman had lots of sensational, scandal-mongering journalism in their own newspaper in the city where you are living (approximate quote)."

---Eric Schwarz, a regional reporter for "The Patriot Ledger" assigned to primarily cover the city of Braintree, Massachusetts, did express an emphatic rejection of me on the telephone in the 1980s, and I have fully honored that rejection of myself ever since late 1988.

--Eric Sorenson, a reporter for "The Patriot Ledger" daily newspaper in Quincy, Mass., did verbalize an emphatic rejection of me on the telephone from his newspaper office in 1986 or 1987, and I have not contacted Mr. Sorenson on any occasion since then.-

Miller, whose rejection letter to me did not specifically refer to whether Ms. Miller is in fact employed by that publication on the campus of the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio, or whether all of her colleagues at "The Journal of Crime and Justice" also sought to prohibit me from ever again writing to them about my being a victim of alleged continuous personal-injury-crimes and sexual-assault crimes in Austin, Texas, for which no arrest of any suspect by any Austin Police Department officer has ever been made at any time.

Ms. Anderson's reply message to me: "Please remove me from your communications with other offices or agencies.")

---Austin Deputy City Manager Michael McDonald; an African-American Deputy City Manager for the City Government of Austin in Austin, Texas; a June 21, 2012, 12:20 p.m. e-mail reply letter to me from Mr. McDonald's official e-mail address of "Michael.McDonald@austintexas.gov" that contained the subject heading "RE: the reply letter from my apt. manager I promised to share with you". That e-mail reply letter was carbon-copied to City Government of Austin officials Leander Davila and Jason Alexander, respectively.  The e-mail reply letter to me from Deputy City Manager McDonald stated, and I quote verbatim that entire letter: "Mr. McMillian, I'm not sure why this information was sent to our office. You indicated you would be sending our office a copy of your letter to the Police Monitor. Our office do not conduct criminal investigations, that is done through the Police Department(.) If you have issues with the Police Department then you will need to contact the Office of the Police Monitor. We do not need all of the information you are in the process of submitting to our office. Thank you. Alta Ochiltree, Executive Secretary to Michael McDonald, Deputy City Manager." Ms. Ochiltree is a high-ranking African-American female official of the City of Austin.

I will not authorize any further investigation into your claims that someone is breaking into your home and victimizing you as you lie unaware on your Swedish bed....In the future, all correspondence from you whether in written or voice mail form will be referred to the Crisis Intervention Team. If you wish to speak with someone in the Austin Police Department about your allegations, then it will first go through a Crisis Intervention Team officer...."

Ted Cruz's Deputy Director in Austin office refers to possible federal involvement in alleged anal-rape crimes" and the following message to me: "Mr. McMillan, You have taken my response out of context. 

"You sent an email directed to me with regard to '…possible involvement by one or more federal law-enforcement officers (and possibly other federal employees) in the alleged anal-rape-crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes victimizing myself during my sleep on a daily and year-round basis as I lie alone on my own bed inside my locked private bedroom of my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.'

---Yates, Sacheen D.; Complaint Specialist/Mediation Coordinator for the Office of the Police Monitor of the City Government of Austin (TX); a Wednesday, July 11, 2012, 9:02 a.m. e-mail reply letter to me and to City of Austin Police Monitor Margo Frasier at her official e-mail address of "margo.frasier@austintexas.gov" that was sent from Ms. Yates's official e-mail address of "sacheen.yates@austintexas.gov" and had the subject heading "RE: corrected version Fw: 7-10-12 follow-up question for Complaint Specialist Yates" and this exact verbatim direct message to me: "Dear Mr. McMillan, Please see the attached letter requesting that you cease and desist your contact with the Office of the Police Monitor related to this issue involving Det. Silva. A copy of this letter has also been sent to you via U.S. Postal Service and certified mail." (The APD crime investigator to whom the cease and desist letter referred was APD Sex Crimes Unit Detective David Silva).

----Zeichick, Ben; Chairman of the Howard County Democratic Party in Big Spring, Texas; a November 17, 2020, 3:01:37 p.m. CST rejection note to me from his e-mail address of "bigspringben@yahoo.com" that contained the subject heading of "Re: URGENT NEED FOR 2021 JUSTICE DEPT PROBE OF TRUMP's ALLEGED OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE RE: ME ON CRIME CASE", with Mr. Zeichick's reply to me having been: 

"I asked you nicely where you got my email address, not that I was interested. Lose it, unsubscribe me, and do not bother me again. You are a spammer, period."
