A respectful FYI to each of you on the following,

from criminal-law complainant and self-identified continuous and continuing daily-and-year-round home-invasion-crimes and sex-crimes and personal-injury-crimes victim John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas. The alleged continuous felony crimes victimizing me are allegedly occurring during my sleeping hours as a I lie alone, asleep and unconscious, on a bed that I myself own inside my double-bolt-locked and fully-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in the District 4 section of Austin. 

City Council Member Greg Casar is my official District 4 representative, and I have never spoken with him in person or on the telephone on any occasion since I moved to northeast Austin. I have requested permission from Council Member Casar to myself send crime-evidence photos I obtain during my sleeping hours to himself and his staff, but so far I have not received any written response on that from Council Member Casar or any member of his staff.

 I do not permit anyone but me to be physically present anywhere inside my double-bolt-locked efficiency rental-apartment unit at nighttime (the only exceptions to that might ever occur between the hours of 8 p.m. at nighttime and 8 a.m. in the morning would solely and exclusively be if I were to open my front door for an on-duty APD officer to enter my unit or if I were to open my front door to permit an on-duty Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services staff member to enter my unit).

So far in 2021, there has been only one total occasion I can recall in which any on-duty APD officer or any on-duty EMS staff member was ever physically present inside my apartment unit anytime this calendar year at nighttime. That one total occasion was a nighttime visit to my unit by two APD officers, Officer Hootman (APD Badge Number 8210) and Officer McDowell (APD Badge Number 8241) on the night of January 18, 2021. 

During their visit, APD officers Hootman and McDowell obtained a sworn affidavit from me for a criminal-law complaint from myself. I was the cited victim of an Aggravated Robbery crime involving repeatedly verbalized in-person death threats to me by two apparently African-American male youths (youths repeatedly taunting me by calling me a "Nigger" (exact quote of that very offensive racial epithet they repeatedly verbalized to me on their own initiative) while repeatedly stating to me that if I did not give them my wallet and my cell phone they would "stab or shoot" me, they stated to me in a very aggressive manner) that I filed through APD for APD Aggravated Robbery Case Number 21-0181172. 

It was a crime case for which an African-American male security officer at another apartment complex along North Plaza Drive reportedly provided a separate corroborating statement to APD that the cited on-duty security officer had directly witnessed the cited incident and that that particular security officer had succeeded at ordering the two male youths to immediately stop harassing me and to walk away from me.

 I am a longtime celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice. gainfully-employed, permanently drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984) and very anti-marijuana-minded, lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, platonicly polite, lifelong-tattoo-less, permanently-jewelry-less, consistently clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), white Anglo-Saxon non-Hispanic gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. I am dependably civil and law-abiding and vigilant, and I myself DO NOT have any criminal-conviction record. I have repeatedly informed the Austin Police Department, including over a very recent multi-month period, that I myself very emphatically DO NOT agree to ever at any time have any sexual contact with any non-Anglo person.

 I have also repeatedly informed APD that I insist on asserting my legal right to myself press criminal-law charges on my own behalf if any non-Anglo home-invasion-crimes perpetrator or trespasser (or any Anglo home-invasion-crimes perpetrator or trespasser, for that matter) ever allegedly has any physical contact or sexual contact with me at any time during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my solo-occupancy (myself, only) double-bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit. I always sleep alone on my own bed, and I consistently strive to keep anyone and everyone AWAY FROM any and all portions of the interior of my double-bolt-locked apartment unit anytime between the hours of 8 p.m. at nighttime and 8 a.m. in the morning.

Dear Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit Detective William Costello,

Please note that my own index finger (photo of my own right hand, right side photo, that I took several minutes ago) is NOT tiny.

I believe this  is very convincing factual evidence, Detective, that the individual caught on camera (left side photo) on August 9 inside my bedroom in the crime-evidence photo is NOT me. 

If you agree with me, please give me a call anytime today. I will welcome an APD-authorized forensic DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence medical exam on myself anytime today.

I will also, of course, welcome an interview with any investigator for your APD Sex Crimes Unit or, if you prefer, any other APD unit---such as another APD violent-crimes unit---that pursues criminal-law investigations. 

I will also be more than happy to take a lie-detector test, if that would be helpful in your APD investigation, since I am very confident that I will easily pass a lie detector test relating to the very, very rare occasions since April 28, 2011, when I woke up after getting a full eight or seven hours of uninterrupted sleep and I felt fully revitalized and refreshed and un-harassed upon getting out of bed that morning. 

If you ask me during that proposed lie detector test whether the early morning hours of September 3, 2011--- a workday for me beginning at 11 a.m. later that morning at Luby's Lakeline corporate-owned cafeteria, with my primary work supervisor that morning, Assistant Manager Mr. Jerry Moore, having been a former Houston-area-based crime investigator for the Harris County Sheriff's Office, as Mr. Moore volunteered to me several times at our Luby's workplace during working hours for each of us---were one such early-morning period in which I DID NOT feel physically abused or injured or sexually assaulted, and in which I had a full and continuous sleeping experience that early-morning period as I lay alone (as always) and slept alone (as always) on my own bed inside my locked apartment unit, I will easily answer "yes" without hesitation.
