Dear Very Influential State Legislators,
I would be very grateful for any vote by the Texas Legislature that requests that a law-enforcement agency in Texas please authorize my first-ever anal-rape-crimes and oral-rape-crimes forensic DNA-swabs sexual-assault evidence forensic medical exam on myself since 2011.
For the most recent more than nine-year-period here in Austin I have been unsuccessfully requesting that type of forensic medical exam on me from the Safe Austin Alliance non-profit group with quasi-governmental authority that staffs forensic nurses and often provides forensic rape-evidence exams to other self-identified rape victims upon request from them; the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit and other APD units; and several local emergency room physicians whom I met with in person inside local hospitals here in Austin.
Because of the alleged continuous-and-continuing-daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year nature of the alleged sex crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes victimizing me during my sleeping hours inside my current bolt-locked apartment unit, I am seeking full 190-day (or longer time period, if possible) retroactive processing of any and all DNA-traceable items from the new rape-evidence kit to be obtained from me as soon as possible in 2021 (today, for instance, would be a good day for me, since I am not scheduled to work today at any of my three very honorable corporate-owned restaurant workplaces in north Austin).
I allege that I am being victimized during my sleep while held unconscious inside my double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy (myself, only) rental apartment in Austin by alleged continuous and continuing daily and year-round-and-multi-year anal-rape-crimes and personal-injury-crimes and pain-infliction crimes inflicted on me by alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrators unbeknownst to me during my sleeping hours---as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring. I always sleep alone on my own bed, and I am a longtime celibate (including ever since the day I moved to north Austin in Aug. 2001), permanently-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), anti-marijuana-minded, lifelong-single, gainfully-employed, adult white non-Hispanic gentleman, age 63. I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, and I am dependably civil and honest and law-abiding and vigilant.
I would appreciate any written advice or polite referrals or any vote of confidence in me that any of you are willing to offer me . I would also appreciate any opportunity that the Texas Legislature might grant me to myself testify in person or through over the telephone at a legislative committee hearing this month in regard to the 10 or more total separate occasions over a multi-year period since early 2012 in which I have been denied a rape-evidence forensic exam on myself that I had requested here in Austin.
I would also appreciate any crime tips to the Austin Police Department or the FBI that any of you very knowledgeable legislators are willing to offer in this apparently very complex crime case in which I am the victim of alleged felony crimes during my sleeping hours.
I live only four miles from the headquarters compound of the Texas Department of Public Safety state-law-enforcement agency. The DPS here in Austin is a former full-time state-agency employer of mine that did not fire me, though concern was politely expressed to me in person by DPS Major Burroughs about my level of speediness at my on-duty data-entry duties for the DPS.

Sex Crimes Unit ever since early 2012 has repeatedly over a multi-year period declined to authorize a forensic anal-rape-evidence and oral-rape-evidence DNA-swabs medical exam on me that I have repeatedly requested from APD. I am a self-identified home-invasion-crimes victim during my sleeping hours on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis in an alleged continuous and continuing sex-crimes case and alleged continuous and continuing personal-injury-crimes case in which I am the longtime-celibate-by-choice, permanently-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, civil and law-abiding, gainfully-employed, single adult Anglo non-Hispanic male 63-year-old current complainant. I always sleep alone on my own bed. I never permit anyone but on-duty APD officers or, on one total occasion, on-duty EMS staff members after I had repeatedly vomited, to enter my current always-bolt-locked solo-occupancy apartment unit at nighttime."
