 The City of Minneapolis, Minnesota, on January 5, 2018, sent me a reply letter stating that their municipal government in that former city of residence for me had no information on file that referred to me:

I am an alumnus of the University of Minnesota Graduate School of Journalism and Mass Communications in Minneapolis, and the University of Texas at Austin, respectively.

I have most recently resided in Austin, Texas, on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

I have resided in two total respective cities of Minnesota: New Ulm (1980-81) and Minneapolis (1981-1984). I moved from Minneapolis, Minn., to Worcester, Mass., in mid-1984.

During the multi-year time period ever since April 17, 2011, in particular, the Austin Police Department in the state capital of Texas has obtained at least two separate forensic DNA-trace rape-evidence kits from myself as the self-identified sexual-assault victim. The first of those forensic rape-evidence kits was obtained for APD by a female forensic nurse on April 28, 2011, inside St. David's Hospital near UT-Austin for APD case number 11-1180447.

During the applicable time period from August 28, 2014, through the present, my respective home addresses have been:
