Dear Utah State Legislature House Majority Leader Mike Schultz,

Thank you again for your very encouraging December 6, 2023, reply note  to me in which you invited me to send you additional concerns of mine about Utah.

One of my concerns is that our Great State of Utah  will run out of water from not having a truly statewide and truly comprehensive "All-Utah Water Recycling Program" that is fully successful for our entire state.

I would like to share with you today a copyrighted  online link (above, second link) to  factual information about water-recycling services currently being provided  in the San Francisco Bay area of Northern California.

I would also like to share with you a copyrighted online link to a recent  federal government report about a current water-recycling program here in Utah.

Utah House Majority Leader Schultz, I am very hopeful that you will ask your colleagues in the Utah House to please  approve funding for a new statewide study. That study could  be conducted by a first-rate outside consultant. It  could attempt to  identify the full potential benefit to our entire state from establishment of a truly comprehensive statewide  water-recycling program.

The proposed new study can be invaluable in protecting the future of Utah as a beautiful and innovative state offering a high quality of life for the vast majority of our state's residents.
