I have searched many times for a housing coop or fraternity house in northwest Austin or central Austin that permits adult non-students to reside there, and that:

---is NOT for "recovering alcoholics" or "current alcoholics" or "recovering drug addicts" or "former drug addicts" or "current drug addicts".

---has zero alcohol consumption anywhere in that housing coop or fraternity house.

---has ZERO tobacco consumption anywhere on the premises of that housing coop or fraternity house, and is exclusively for persons who abstain from tobacco products on a 24-hour-a-day-and-year-round basis.

---has ZERO marijuana consumption and ZERO illicit-drug consumption or illicit-drug-trafficking anywhere inside or on the grounds of that housing coop or fraternity house.

---features a clean-cut, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee) or hygienic style in all of its residents.

---features a profanity-free environment in all everyday conversations among residents inside that housing coop or fraternity house.

---features as little piano music as possible, and only a minimal amount of electric guitar music, inside that housing coop or fraternity house.

---features preparation of creative and healthful meals for all of its members and visitors.

---fosters a creatively vital, intellectually stimulating home environment for all members that is conducive to their pursuing writing projects and other creative projects.

---offers safe, comfortable living conditions for all residents.

---is very public-health-minded and sponsors random-drug testing, for instance, for any and all residents, with any resident failing two consecutive random-drug tests being asked to move away from that housing coop or fraternity house.
