Does your very influential division of the EPA pursue actions to investigate allegedly continuous or frequent violations of noise-control laws that might allegedly occur in a city or county such as Austin, Texas, or Travis County, Texas, respectively?
Also, does your EPA division have the legal authority to pursue criminal-law prosecutions of individuals or business entities or non-profit organizations or state- or local government-owned institutions or media companies or political or religious groups or other civic groups that allegedly inflict illegal continuous noise pollution on a person or group of persons in Austin, Texas, against his or their wishes?
I am posing this second question to you after reading tonight at your official website that one of the sections of your Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance is an "Office of Criminal Enforcement, Forensics and Training"
According to your website the other sections of your OECA division include:
Office of Administration and Policy; Office of Civil Enforcement; Office of Compliance; Federal Facilities Enforcement Office; and Office of Site Remediation Enforcement.
