Dear Austin Independent School District Open Records Coordinator,
This is a Texas Open Records request in which I seek to obtain from you a record of the combined total number of persons who in the period ever since June 21, 2019, have each been separately issued at least one paycheck by or on behalf of Austin Independent School District that contained the primary street address in Austin, Texas, for the recipient of "8805 North Plaza Drive" or "8805 North Plaza Court", or some abbreviated version of either of those two street addresses, along with  additional specific address information for the recipient.
The correct overall address for the apartment complex in northeast Austin where I myself reside, Pebble Creek Apartments, is 8805 North Plaza Drive, Austin, Texas, 78753. However, in the last few years I myself have received numerous letters that had been delivered to my designated mailbox for my unit, Apt. 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments, that were each addressed to "8805 North Plaza Court" or "8805 North Plaza Ct", followed by additional address information. This explains why the scope of my public-information request also includes Austin ISD-issued paychecks to someone with a cited mailing address at "8805 North Plaza Court" in Austin, along with any additional specific address information for that recipient.
On weekdays, school buses for Austin Independent School District are frequently observed by me being driven into or out of this very large gated-community apartment complex that features 29 separate multi-unit apartment buildings. Each of those apartment buildings has from eight to 16 total apartment units, according to Miranda Vasquez, a professionally polite Leasing staff member for Pebble Creek Apartments, during a phone call I made  to the management-team office on my cell phone at 12:06 p.m. today. Hundreds of persons, and reportedly not more than 1,000 total persons, reside at this affordable family-friendly gated-community apartment complex in northeast Austin, Ms. Vasquez stated to me in that phone conversation. She also politely stated to me that she herself is not able to provide me with the total number of persons who currently reside at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin.
I myself have sometimes observed what appeared to be unoccupied Austin ISD school buses parked at this same apartment complex in the evening.
I have lived alone ever since June 21, 2019, as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant in Apt. 2418 of Bldg. 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 N. Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin. I have never been employed by Austin Independent School District.

I am a permanently-alcohol-free, always-sober, longtime-celibate-by-choice, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-tattoo-less, permanently-jewelry-less, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and vigilant, platonicly polite, single adult gainfully-employed white Anglo-Saxon gentleman of English, Scottish, and German ancestry. My date of birth is April 27, 1957. My place of birth is Lincoln, Nebraska.

My primary landline phone number and primary e-mail address  throughout the entire multi-year period ever since June 21, 2019, have always been and continue to be (512) 342-2295 and

mcmillanj@att.net, respectively. My personal  cell phone number ever since August 2019 has always been and continues to be (512) 993-7305.

I am the current criminal-law complainant in Austin Police Department (APD) Alleged Sex Crimes and Alleged Home Invasion Crimes  Case 2021-2440624.

APD opened that crime case on Sept. 1, 2021, with first-rate APD Sex Crimes Unit Detective William Costello being the first-rate crime investigator for that case. Detective Costello's direct-line APD office phone number is (512) 974-4247.

A thorough forensic DNA swabs sexual assault evidence medical exam on me that had been pre-authorized in writing by APD Detective Costello was performed on me in the early morning hours of Sept. 2, 2021,  by a female forensic nurse inside the emergency room of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, in central Austin. The resulting rape-evidence kit has been sent off by APD for processing, and results from that DNA-traces processing are expected by early December of 2021, Detective Costello stated to me during a cell phone call I made to him at his APD Sex Crimes Unit at 2:34 p.m. on October 20, 2021.

I hope to hear from you soon.

 Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a former Salutatorian of Stephen F. Austin High School of Austin Independent School District here in this state-capital city for Texas.
My solo-occupancy efficiency apartment-unit rental-home-address ever since June 21, 2019:
Pebble Creek Apartments (a very large gated-community complex reportedly managed by the Austin-based Belco Equities, Inc. with the owner of the complex being "Pebble Creek Babay, Ltd., doing business as Pebble Creek Apartments", according to the current official signed lease agreement for my unit here, Apt. 2418) and reportedly is a "California Limited Partnership", an apparently related online document states, with the primary agent for the owner having a mailing address in Beverly Hills, California), 8805 North Plaza Drive, Bldg. 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.

Home phone: (512) 342-2295.

Cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
