Dear District Attorney Candidate Lehmberg,

Some campaign questions I'd like to pose to yourself:

(1) Are there any current cases of injurious noise pollution, verbal harassment, obscene or profane verbalized speech, privacy-rights violations, fraudulent or false communications, unauthorized electronic surveillance, would-be or actual "snuff movie" productions involving an involuntary participant, brainwashing attempts, compelled speech, slavery or attempted slavery, intergenerational exploitation of younger persons that is illegal in nature, illegal hostage-taking, kidnapping, mind-control experiments, or mind-control projects evidenced in Travis County, Texas, at present that you believe should be stopped with help from the local District Attorney?

(2) Do you approve of the decision in 2006 by Travis County District Attorney Ronald Earle, as explained by a very diligent and polite female staff member of his, paralegal Norma Hilbig of the Strategic Prosecution Division of the DA's Office, to himself consult the voluminous "John McMillan" criminal-law evidence file that was established in January of 2006 in that DA's Office division --- a file containing hundreds of pages of evidence relating to various other persons allegedly exhibiting allegedly harmful intent or allegedly criminal intent allegedly victimizing myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin --- ONLY after a cited future defendant is identified at some point in the future as having allegedly committed a future felony crime victimizing myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin.

(2a) Do you yourself believe or suspect that some individual or group or business entity (a media company, for instance) or non-profit entity evidenced in Austin, Texas, or elsewhere has allegedly significantly wronged myself, John Kevin McMillan in any criminal-law context?

Please elaborate.

(3) Are you aware of any current examples of major or flagrant negligence or neglect or alleged corruption by any employee or official of the Austin Police Department, the Travis County Sheriff's Office, or the Texas Department of Public Safety, or by any other employee or official of any other law-enforcement agency operating in Austin, Texas, that you yourself regard as dismaying?

(4) Between yourself and DA Candidate Mindy Montford, which candidate do you believe would do more to help deter illicit-drug-related activities and alcohol-related crimes in Travis County?

 

Thank you in advance, Assistant District Attorney Lemberg, for your very helpful reply letter in response to these questions from myself.

Incidentally, I had planned on sending you the exact same 10 or 11 campaign questions for yourself that I had written and E-mailed this evening to your opponent and DA's Office colleague, Asistant DA Mindy Montford.

However, I lost the text of what I had sent to herself after I had initially attempted to save that text in my computer system, and the format used at Ms. Montford's campaign website did not permit me to autmatically obtain a copy of my letter to herself---something I can do in regard to this letter I'm sending to yourself, which I appreciate.

Assistant District Attorney Lemberg, I eagerly await any reply letter you are willing to offer me, as that will help me to decide whether to vote for yourself or your run-off election opponent, Assistant District Attorney Mindy Montford, on April 8.
