At 4:32 p.m. on Monday, October 18, 2021, during a cell phone call I made to your district office, your first-rate Constituent Liaison Jake very kindly authorized me to send you an e-mail letter at the first-cited above e-mail address in which I am requesting safe-housing assistance from you.
I am making this request upon a September 28, 2021, referral (below) I received from Congressman Doggett. In that referral, Mr. Doggett stated that he was confident that my duly-elected state representative in Austin will help me to resolve a "state issue" involving allegedly unsafe housing for myself inside my current double-bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit.
Please note that I spoke on my cell phone on Monday of this week with Maya, a female intern for the Austin office of U.S. Rep. Doggett. Maya confirmed for me that you are the state representative who should have been cited in that referral letter to me from Mr. Doggett. I reside in your legislative district, Maya confirmed for me.
Ever since the day I moved into my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in northeast Austin two and one-third years ago, I have been victimized on a daily and year-round basis during my sleeping hours and napping hours as I lie alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious, by alleged continuous-and-continuing home-invasion-crimes, personal-injury-crimes, sleep-harassment crimes, sleep-ruination crimes, and anal-rape crimes.
I DO NOT permit anyone to be physically present anywhere in my double-bolt-locked apartment unit during my sleeping hours at nighttime. I might add that I never permit anyone but on-duty Austin Police Officers accepting crime evidence or lost-and-found-items from me or---on one total occasion so far in the most recent two-and-one-third-year period----on-duty Austin-Travis County EMS staff members responding to a 911 phone call from me, to enter or be physically present inside my current unit anytime between the hours of 8 p.m. at nighttime and 8 a.m. in the morning.
Ever since the day I moved into my current unit on June 21, 2019, I have been and continue to be the ONLY cited tenant and only cited occupant on my official signed lease for my current apartment unit.
The Austin Police Department has a currently active sex-crimes case in which I am the cited victim and complainant, and a DNA-traces forensic sexual-assault-evidence medical exam was performed on me for that case by a female forensic nurse in the early morning hours of Sept. 2, 2021, in the ER of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, in central Austin. The APD case number for that APD Sex Crimes case is: 2021-2440624. The first-rate investigator is APD Sex Crimes Detective William Costello.
I have politely and repeatedly emphasized to the Austin Police Department that I myself DO NOT agree to ever have any sexual contact with any non-Anglo person. I am outraged by any and all cases of inter-racial rape that might ever occur in this state-capital city for Texas.
