Dear Texas Republican Governor Perry, I would like to thank you in advance for kindly reviewing this most recent (see attachments, and crime report from me below) crime report from this particular law-abiding, gainfully-employed, single adult male constituent of yours in Austin. The Austin Police Department still to this day has not agreed to accept from me as possible criminal-law evidence any of my video cards of mine which contain images from the infrared photographs of alleged possible intruders that were each taken on my behalf ever since and including Feb. 2012 (when I bought my first-ever infrared camera) during my bedtime hours inside my bolt-locked apartment unit at Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin. Governor Perry, do you have any suggestions on how I should proceed on this, in view of the long history of APD choosing ever since late 2011, for instance, to not itself investigate this alleged continuous personal-injury crimes case and alleged continuous deliberate sleep-deprivation crimes case (and when I wake up on my bed and attempt to investigate inside my apartment unit, I never am able to identify the alleged intruder) and alleged continuous anal-rape crimes case and alleged continuous nasal-inhalant-crimes case and alleged continuous oral-inhalant crimes case in which I am being victimized during my sleep (I snore) on a daily and year-round basis over a multi-year period inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin. Also, Mr. Governor, do you know of any way that I could somehow persuade the Austin Police Department or some other law-enforcement agency, such as the DPS or a law-enforcement section of the Office of the Governor of Texas or the Federal Bureau of Investigation, to perform thorough DNA testing as soon as possible on several parts of my own body, as well as on bedsheets of mine I'm currently using on my Swedish bed that contain several stains on them that I feel very sure were caused by an illegal intruder/. (I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I have never at any time directly and in person observed anyone other than myself lying on my orthopedic Swedish bed or anyone pther than myself situated on my orthopedic Swedish bed at any time during my conscious or waking hours during the entire multi-year period since I purchased that new bed for myself in 2007 and I had it installed in my one-bedroom. top-floor, vaulted-ceiilng apartment unit at Wind River Crossing, Apt. 325, in 2007). Thank you in advance, Governor Perry, for your very helpful reply note on this. Sincerely and Best Wishes, John Kevin McMillan, a longtime celibate-by-choice single adult gentleman living alone (on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the afternoon of May 31, 2011) in a one-bedroom apartment unit at the Westdale-owned and Westdale-managed Wind River Crossing Apartments in NW Austin, with Westdale reportedly being a for-profit corporation headquartered in Dallas, Texas. My home address: 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. Home phone: (512) 342-2295. with a courtesy carbon-copy to Republican Party-affiliated tennis champion and very successful tennis promoter and tennis commentator Ms. Chris Evert of Florida. Florida is one U.S. state where I resided as an adult gentleman, and where NO ONE ever broke into or illegally trespassed inside any of my several respective residences in Florida at any time. I appreciate the great respect for my own privacy rights that the people of lorida conveyed during the period in 1979 when I resided in Florida, with myself reporting for two different respective newspapers in Florida (the 'Broward Times' and the 'Fort Myers News-Press) in 1979. A respectful FYI to each of you on the following crime report I filed today with the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas. So far, I have not received any response on this from any crime investigator for the Austin Police Department. To: Officer James Turner, a certified police officer authorized to accept criminal-law evidence on behalf of the Austin Police Department that employs Officer Turner in Austin, Texas. January 23, 2013 Dear Officer Turner, Thank you in advance for kindly reviewing the attached two infrared motion-sensitive hunter's camera photos that were taken on my behalf from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit (Apt. 325) at Wind River Crossing Apartments during my bedtime hours this morning (in the case of the photo with the more clear image of a possible intruder) and a day or two ago during my bedtime hours (in the case of the latter photo with less discernible facial features). Please note that the cited dates and times on my infrared photos per se are not correct. However, the dating labels I assigned to these photos in my computer system is correct (Jan 23, 2013 and January 2013). I feel hopeful that you will agree that one or both of these infrared hunter's camera "Wildview" photos I'm sending you with this letter are of someone OTHER than myself. I have kept the purchase receipts for the video card I used with my Wildview camera this morning, which I purchased in the last few days at a nearby Academy store. I purchased my first-ever infrared camera of any type, a Wildview camera, in February 2012 at a nearby Academy store in NW Austin. Prior to February 2012, I had never owned or used or operated any infrared camera on any occasion in my entire life. I would welcome any and all DNA testing on my anus, my buttocks, my legs, my ears, my nostrils, my mouth, and my genitals that APD is willing to order at this time. Also, I would welcome any and all DNA testing on my bedsheets, which do contain several stains on them that I am very sure were NOT caused by myself. Officer Turner, I was abruptly awakened on my bed at about 8:30 a.m. this Wednesday morning with an unpleasant sensation in my anus and some pain in my legs. I also noticed that my ears were surprisingly clogged up, even though I had not noticed that problem when I went to bed at about 1:30 a.m. today (Wednesday). I did not directly and in person observe an illegal intruder inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. Office Turner, I would appreciate your referring this pertinent factual criminal-law evidence from me to the appropriate criminal-investigations unit of the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas, something that your Assistant Police Chief, Sean Mannix, very helpfully has asked you to do for me, according to legal documents I obtained from the Austin Police Department through an Open Records request I made. Sincerely and Best Wishes, John Kevin McMillan, criminal-law complainant. 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. Home phone: (512) 342-2295. P.S. One minor factual correction to the letter of mine (below) to Mr. Field: Two law-enforcement agencies in the Austin area advised me today to immediately or promptly contact the Austin Police Department and file a crime report on my own behalf, with a courtesy carbon-copy to Mr. Field on that factual correction I wish to make at this time.

Sir I am not authorized to take police reports from citizens. I am tasked to process open record requests from non-media sources. From: John McMillan [mailto:mcmillanj@att.net] Sent: Wednesday, January 23, 2013 11:32 To: Field, Don Subject: 1-23-13 a question for Mr. Field To: Don Field, Public-Information Coordinator for the Austin Police Department, Austin, Texas. I have been advised today by two different and very respectful law-enforcement agencies in Austin, Texas, that I should share with the Austin Police Department the most recent criminal-law evidence I've obtained about my being victimized by crime inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin, including two infrared photos taken during my bedtime hours in the last few days from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit. Tara Long of your municipal law-enforcement agency recently advised me in writing that the "appropriate" contact person for me at APD is "Officer James Turner." However, I myself am not under any mental health commitment or mental health restrictions of any type. I am definitely a psychologically healthy and gainfully employed and honest and civil and law-abiding and vigilant and factually accurate and always-drinking-alcohol-free and always-illicit-drug-free single adult gentleman. Mr. Field, would you be willing at this time to accept one total crime report from me relating to the early morning hours of this particular Wednesday (Jan. 23), along with attachments of two total infrared photos taken for me from inside my bolt-locked apartment unit today and a day or two ago? My hope is that you might be willing to then forward that crime report from me to whichever unit or officer of the Austin Police Department you yourself regard as the appropriate APD official to review that crime report from me. Sincerely and Best Wishes, 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759. Home phone: (512) 342-2295. |
