Has  your organization at least identified or obtained evidence that this particular former resident of Cambridge, Mass., Boston, Mass., Quincy, Mass., and Worcester, Mass. , has myself been victimized by noise pollution in any context?

Thank you in advance for any information you are willing to share with me on that.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a former resident of Quincy, Mass., who myself first became aware of my being subjected to non-stop, year-round noise pollution injurious to myself in Quincy, Mass., in May of 1987.

Dear Mr. Rueter of  the "Noise Free America" Non-Profit Group in Madison, Wisconsin,

Thank you for your reply letter (below), indicating to me that you do not know of any possible source of financial assistance to myself relating to my having been (and continuing to be) victimized by injurious year-round noise pollution in Austin, Texas, over a multi-year period (as noted below by E-mail correspondence on this from myself).

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a former Boston-area newspaper journalist and University of Minnesota-Minneapolis as well as University of Texas at Austin alumnus, and a Stephen F. Austin High School (Austin, TX, ISD) alumnus, who is myself a consistently law-abiding and civil, non-stalking, permanently alcohol-free (ever since 1990) and never-previously-addicted, permanently illicit-drug-free (ever since 1984) and never-previously-addicted, and lifelong-tobacco-free, single adult gentleman resident of Austin. Texas.

I am also a gainfully-employed and  law-abiding single adult male constituent of Mayor Will Wynn, Austin City Council Member Brewster McCracken, an attorney; Travis County Judge Sam Biscoe; Travis County Commissioner Sarah Eckhardt; State Rep. Donna Howard; and State Senator Kirk Watson, an attorney. In regard to noise pollution, I should mention that I myself never shout, I myself do not generate any loud noise of any type, I myself NEVER attend rock concerts (nor would I be able to afford to do so, for that matter), and I myself almost never in my entire adult life have ever heard a gun being shot anywhere within physical proximity of myself.

My home mailing address: 11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759.

Home phone: (512) 342-2295.

E-mail: mcmillanj@att.net

with numerous cc:'s, including to Dr. David Tobey, a first-rate ear, nose, and throat specialist based in northwest Austin, who has examined my hearing capacity several times over a multi-year period in recent years, and who most recently stated to me that damage to my hearing capacity is similar in magnitude to the damage inflicted on the hearing of "police officers," he helpfully stated to me on April 21, 2009, inside his medical clinic. I appreciate Dr. Tobey's very kind willingness to share his medical findings about me, and about Austin noise pollution's injurious effects on me, with ANY person or group of persons or non-profit group or government-owned entity or business entity that or who might ever contact him at any time, as the written authorization form I've provided to Dr. Tobey clearly specifies. Dr. David Tobey's office phone number in Austin is: (512) 346-5562. His office mailing address: Austin Ear, Nose, & Throat Clinic, 11623 Angus Road, Suite 20, Austin, Texas, 78759.

Dear Noise Free America Officials in Madison, Wisconsin,

As a former or current member of Noise Free America, I would like to find out whether your group knows of any foundation or philanthropist or organization that or who offers financial assistance, such as through a grant or stipend or a long-term loan, to a law-abiding victim of noise pollution such as myself.

During my most recent meeting with my first-rate ear, nose, and throat specialist, Dr. David Tobey, which occurred on April 21, 2009, Dr. Tobey helpfully stated to me that permanent damage to my own hearing capacity and medical health over a multi-year period in Austin,

Texas----including at my workplaces, he has repeatedly emphasized to me----has been significant.

Dr. Tobey even stated to me on his own volition during that April 21 medical appointment of mine with himself that damage to my own hearing capacity in Austin, Texas, has been of the magnitude that a "police officer" would normally experience, Dr. Tobey stated.

I myself do not own a gun, and I have almost never heard gunshots actually being fired anywhere near me. Also, I do not play loud music, and I do not attend rock concerts or other loud-music events.

Thank you in advance for your kind response to this inquiry from myself.

Sncerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan,

11411 Research Boulevard, Apt. 325, Austin, Texas, 78759.

Home phone: (512) 342-2295.

E-mail: mcmillanj@att.net

cc: Dr. David Tobey, who with my own full prior written authorization on this, has kindly been sharing his medical findings about myself with any person or entity (a non-profit group, for instance) that contacts Dr. Tobey and asks for that information. The office phone number for Dr. David Tobey in Austin, Texas, is : (512) 346-5562.
