"no nighttime visitors" policy of mine would be for on-duty APD officers accepting crime evidence from me in response to crime reports from me or, on one total occasion that has occurred so far in the period ever since I moved into my current unit late June of 2019, on-duty Austin-Travis County EMS staff members responding to a 911 phone call from me in regard to a medical crisis I had myself sustained in which I was vomiting repeatedly inside my solo-occupancy unit.
Mr. McMillan,
Thank you for your request. After a diligent search, CapMetro was unable to find any information responsive to your request.
Kind regards,

Subject: 10-11-21 PIR re: persons at cited address receiving a recent Cap Metro paycheck
October 11, 2021
Dear Open Records Coordinator for the Austin-based Cap Metro public mass-transportation system,
I would appreciate receiving from you a record of the combined total number of persons who in the period ever since June 21, 2019, have each been separately issued at least one paycheck by or on behalf of Cap Metro that contained the primary street address in Austin, Texas, for the recipient of "8805 North Plaza Drive" or "8805 North Plaza Court", or some abbreviated version of either of those two street addresses, along with additional specific address information for the recipient.
The correct official address for the apartment complex in northeast Austin where I reside, Pebble Creek Apartments, is 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418, Austin, Texas, 78753. However, in the last few years I myself have received numerous letters that had been delivered to my designated mailbox for my unit at Pebble Creek Apartments that were each addressed to "8805 North Plaza Court" or "8805 North Plaza Ct", followed by additional address information. This explains why the scope of my public-information request also includes Cap Metro-issued paychecks to someone with a cited mailing address at "8805 North Plaza Court" in Austin, along with any additional specific address information for that recipient.
I myself have lived alone ever since June 21, 2019, as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant in Apt. 2418 of Bldg. 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 N. Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin. I have never been employed by Cap Metro.
My primary landline phone number and primary e-mail address throughout the entire multi-year period ever since June 21, 2019, have always been and continue to be (512) 342-2295 and
mcmillanj@att.net, respectively. My personal cell phone number ever since August 2019 has always been and continues to be (512) 993-7305.
I am the current criminal-law complainant in APD Alleged Sex Crimes and Alleged Home Invasion Crimes Case 2021-2440624.
APD opened that crime case on Sept. 1, 2021, with first-rate APD Sex Crimes Unit Detective William Costello being the investigator for that case. Detective Costello's direct-line APD office phone number is (512) 974-4247.
A thorough forensic DNA swabs sexual assault evidence medical exam on me that had been pre-authorized in writing by APD Detective Costello was performed on me in the early morning hours of Sept. 2, 2021, by a female forensic nurse inside the emergency room of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas, in central Austin.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, a year-round passenger on local Cap Metro buses here in Austin for many years, including ever since June 1, 2019.
Home address: Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Bldg. 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.
