--the incidence of home-invasion crimes is as close to zero as possible.
--the incidence of fraudulent or medically injurious "medical services" is as close to zero as possible.
--sleeping alone on a bed owned by oneself inside a locked rental unit NEVER involves being subjected against one's wishes to nasal-inhalants or oral inhalants or liquids force-fed into one's mouth or injection of any substance into one's own bloodstream or "anal-vibrator medical services" or "anal-pain 'medical' services" infliction of any type being inflicted on oneself against one's wishes.
---freedom from political or religious or personal harassment is as extensive as possible.
---freedom from anonymous communications being inflicted on oneself by one or more persons in a context violative of one's own privacy rights, is as fully protected as possible by the legal system of that particular U.S. state or democratic foreign nation.
---the level of respect for Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Strictly-Mutual-Consent Association, and Freedom of Religion for any and all residents of that U.S. state or foreign nation is admirably high and protected in full by that state's or foreign nation's legal system.
---continuous noise pollution inflicted on the eardrums of residents or visitors to that U.S. state or foreign nation is as minimal as possible, and is not significantly medically-injurious to anyone.
---any and all thought-control projects are banned, with the government in that U.S. state or foreign nation fully enforcing the law on that ban.
---the percentage of all residents who are pathological liars or frequent liars is as close to zero as possible.
---the per-capita incidence of marijuana consumption is the lowest in the world.
---the per-capita incidence of cocaine consumption is the lowest in the world.
---the per-capita incidence of any and all forms of illicit-drug consumption is the lowest in the world.
---the incidence of illicit-drug-trafficking and production of illicit drugs is the lowest in the world.
---the level of consumption of drinking alcohol is the lowest in the world.
---the incidence of driving-while-intoxicated or driving while under the influence of illicit drugs is as close to zero as possible.
---the percentage of all adult residents who drive within the speed limit is the highest in the entire world.
--the percentage of all adult residents who commit suicide or who request or are subjected to "euthanasia services" is the lowest in the entire world.
---the percentage of adult male persons who have beards, mustaches, whiskers, or goatees is the lowest in the world.
---the percentage of all adult residents of that state or nation who bathe themselves or take a shower at least once per day is the highest in the world.
--the percentage of all adult male persons who have hippie-style long hair is either zero or very, very minimal.
---the percentage of all residents who underwent a sex-change operation or are seeking to have a sex-change operation is either zero or very, very minimal.
---the government clearly protects the legal right and human right of any and all residents there to enjoy full freedom from personal-injury infliction on themselves by the government, or by anyone else.
--the incidence of sex-trafficking or human-trafficking or slavery is as close to zero as possible.
----the percentage of residents who verbalize profanity or verbalize obscene speech in their everyday conversations is the lowest in the world.
---the percentage of all residents who have tattoos emblazoned on their body is the lowest in the world.
---the percentage of all residents who wear nostril-rings or tongue-rings is the lowest in the world.
---the percentage of all adult male residents who wear minimal jewelry or no jewelry on their body is the highest in the world.
----the percentage of residents who have a criminal-conviction record is the lowest in the world.
---the percentage of residents who spend money on gambling is as close to zero as possible.

---Tattoo parlors are either nonexistent or very rare, and consumer demand for tattoos by residents or visitors to that state or nation is very minimal.
