Subject: Fw: 1-2-19 urgent question for my duly-elected state lawmaker

Dear State Representative Gina Hinojosa of the Texas Legislature in Austin,

After reviewing the e-mail letter (below) that I wrote and sent to you on January 2, 2019, I would like to add one important point.

In the cited February 2012 local phone conversation I had with local civic leader and honorable businessman and KVUE TV station staff member John Schlueter of northwest Austin, he also volunteered to me that he is not aware of ANY person from the last several decades of Austin's history during which John Schlueter has himself resided in Austin, who has been subjected to violations of that individual's privacy rights as extensive and pervasive as I myself (John Kevin McMillan) have been subjected to over a multi-year period, John Schlueter stated.

Rep. Hinojosa, I would appreciate receiving a courtesy reply note from you in response to the public-policy question I posed to you below.

Best Wishes from a law-abiding, gainfully employed, single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice (including on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the day I moved to NW Austin from the UT-Austin campus area in August 2001), permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and platonicly polite, Anglo adult male constituent of yours,
John Kevin McMillan.

Subject: 1-2-19 urgent question for my duly-elected state lawmaker

January 2, 2019

Dear State Representative Hinojosa in Austin, Texas,

In your capacity as the one total state representative in the Texas House of Representatives in Austin who directly represents me and provides me with constituent services, since I reside in your district, do you plan to sponsor any bill before the Texas Legislature this session that addresses whether the Legislature in Austin should continue to permit flagrant and very excessive ongoing intrusions upon my own privacy rights as a longtime Austin resident and longtime resident of Texas?

I am reminded of this question for you after recalling a local telephone conversation I had in February 2012 with a very influential civic leader in Austin, John Schlueter, a kindly married gentleman and KVUE Television
Station staff member residing in my neighborhood of northwest Austin.

In that phone conversation, John Schlueter kindly volunteered to me that he is not aware of ANY resident of Austin other than myself who has been subjected to ongoing violations of their own privacy rights and other legal rights in Austin that were as extensive and outrageous as I myself have been subjected to, Mr. Schlueter helpfully informed me. I have since been informed in writing by the Austin Police Department, through an Open Records reply letter to me that APD sent me, that their municipal law-enforcement agency has apparently chosen not to interview John Schlueter about any factual information he might be willing to share with APD that refers to any allegedly or possibly illegal violations of own privacy rights (such as during my sleeping hours, for instance, in which I myself ALWAYS lie alone and always sleep alone on my own bed in a partitioned section of the living room of my bolt-locked one-bedroom apartment unit) that have allegedly or possibly occurred in Austin during the period ever since 12:01 a.m. April 17, 2011, for instance.

As you know, Rep. Hinojosa, I am dependably civil and law-abiding and honest, law-enforcement-minded, gainfully employed, permanently drinking-alcohol-free and non-alcoholic, permanently marijuana-free on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the late fall of 1984 and never-previously-addicted, lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tattoo-less, facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee, etc.), and clean-talking (no profanity or obscenities of my own ever verbalized by me in my everyday conversations with others). I might add that I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record, as I'm sure that you may already be aware.

I am also the founder of a new and non-Christian "Honor Society" religion, the anti-drinking-alcohol and anti-tobacco and anti-marijuana-minded, anti-facial-hair-minded, non-praying, implicitly-deistic "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion". I am the only approved member of that honorable religion, which opposes the infliction of anonymous communications on anyone against their wishes, opposes the infliction of verbalized death threats on anyone, opposes thought-control projects, opposes the infliction of fraudulent or knowingly dishonest communications on anyone against their wishes, opposes medically-injurious continuous noise pollution, opposes fraudulent or injurious medical services, opposes home-invasion crimes, and opposes harassment of anyone during his or her sleeping hours.

Thank you in advance, Rep. Hinojosa, for what I feel hopeful will be a very reassuring reply letter to me from yourself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes from a gainfully employed single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice, Anglo male constituent of yours in
Austin,

John Kevin McMillan.
