Dear City of Austin Law Department Public Information Requests Team Officials in Austin, Texas,
Thank you for your January 2, 2019, e-mail reply note (below) in response to my January 1, 2019, online public-information request (also below) to the City Government of Austin in this state-capital city of Texas.
I would like to politely point out that your January 2, 2019, e-mail Open Records response (below) to me relating to City Government of Austin official Robert Goode and me appears to have overlooked several applicable items.
Your reply letter (below) did not provide me with any of the several applicable previously-confirmed e-mail letters about me that were each written or received or sent by Austin Assistant City Manager Robert Goode during the time period ever since March 1, 2008.
Please confirm for me in writing as soon as possible that you are now willing to revise your January 2, 2019, official reply to me in order to include some or several of those applicable e-mail letters.
As a convenience to each of your officials in the City of Austin Law Department, I am hereby providing you with the exact texts of samples of those previously-confirmed e-mail communications to or from Mr. Robert Goode at City Hall that each directly referred to myself, John Kevin McMillan.
The texts of these e-mail communications (below) were each provided to me in response to a Feb. 3, 2017, public-information request of mine in which I requested "a copy of any and all letters or e-mail letters or e-mail notes that at any time since or including December 1, 2016, were written by a City Manager's Office staff member or official and were then mailed or sent or e-mailed to District 10 Austin City Council Member Alison Alter or District 10 Council-member-elect Alter or District 10 City Council candidate Alter, or to a staff member of hers, and that, in each such case, directly referred in some manner to myself, District 10 resident John Kevin McMillan."
The City of Austin has classified that previous PIR of mine as having the ID number of 32250.
Those e-mail communications provided to me in response to that February 3, 2017, PIR of mine include the following (provided here in chronological descending order from earliest to most recent), each of which either definitely contained or apparently contained a subject heading I myself had written that had accompanied e-mail correspondence I had written and sent to Council Member Alter's City Hall office with the City Government of Austin:

To: Alter, Alison
Subject: RE: 1-16-17 urgent question for my new rep. on the City Council

"I recommend that you stay silent and not respond."
