(The following legal document was publicly released by the University of Texas at Austin on September 9, 2016, in response to an August 29, 2016-dated e-mail public-information request from myself, UT-Austin alumnus John Kevin McMillan of Austin. Accompanying this legal document from UT-Austin's Police Department was a 33-page "Comprehensive Report" on myself, John Kevin McMillan---a report "For Law Enforcement Purposes Only", the report stated. The arriving officer would then issue a CT if there is a complainant. This would all be based on the level of the complaint. Please advise what protocol you would like us to use.
