IDEA FOR AID TO PARENTS WHOSE INCOME IS LIMITED: OFFER THOSE WHO APPLY AND QUALIFY FOR IT A STIPEND OF $100 TO BE EARMARKED SPECIFICALLY FOR PURCHASING A BOOK AT A BOOK-SIGNING PARTY AT WHICH THAT PARENT MIGHT ACCOMPANY HER OR HIS CHILD AND PURCHASE TWO COPIES OF THE BOOK ON DISPLAY---ONE FOR THE PARENT, ONE FOR THE CHILD, WITH THE AUTHOR TO INSCRIBE A MESSAGE ON EACH OF THOSE BOOKS BEING PURCHASED FOR THAT FAMILY

My education-minded and non-Christian Progressive Prohibitionist Religion believes that generous financial stipends should be offered to parents who qualify for those stipends that could then be earmarked specifically for the purchase of a book for that parent and that parent's child at a book-signing event being attended by that parent and her or his child.

If the child then receives a handwritten personally inscribed message in his copy of that brand-new book that was wrritten specially for that child by that author at that book-signing event, this could have a very strong inspirational effect on the child in his or her pursuit of reading and of education.

And if the parent also obtains a signed copy of that same book, this might help to convey the message to the child that the parent also has the highest regard for the author who signed that book for the child at that book-signing event, and the parent also plans to review or read that book inside their home.

This idea for a book-signing purchases grants program also suggests the need for a new free-access online website in each city or county or metro area that provides regular factual updates, such as display messages, to the parent and child in any given household that inform that parent and child that a cited author admired by their family will be the featured guest at a book-signing party at the cited date and time and location in that metro area or city or county.
