AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT 'STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE' SENIOR POLICE OFFICER LEE ATCHLEY ON DECEMBER 14, 2015, STATES IN WRITING TO AN 'INTELLIGENCE ANALYST' FOR UT-AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT IN AUSTIN, TEXAS, THAT APD NEEDS AN 'OLD SCHOOL PHOTO' OF MYSELF, UT-AUSTIN ALUMNUS AND FORMER 'DAILY TEXAN' STUDENT NEWSPAPER REPORTER JOHN KEVIN McMILLAN OF AUSTIN

(The following legal documents from UT-Austin's Police Department were publicly released by the University of Texas at Austin on September 9, 2016, in response to an August 29, 2016-dated e-mail public information request from myself, UT-Austin alumnus John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas. It is noteworthy that no legal document publicly released to me by UT-Austin cited any allegedly illegal or allegedly criminal conduct by me. I myself have no criminal-conviction record, and I lead an honest and law-abiding and gainfully employed single-by-choice, longtime-celibate-by-choice, permanently alcohol-free and anti-alcohol-minded, permanently-illicit-drug-free-and -anti-marijuana-minded, and lawfully non-Christian life as a non-Jewish, non-Moslem, non-Unitarian, non-MCC, Anglo adult gentleman in Austin. -- jkm)
