Dear Open Records Unit Staff for the Austin Police Department in Austin, Texas,
Thank you for your updated reply message I received from you on September 27, 2021, in response to my June 16, 2021, online Open Records request at your official City of Austin Open Records Center website address. The ID number you had assigned to that June 16 request from me is: R060576-061621.
Your reply message to me yesterday apparently states that you have "no responsive information" in regard to which APD employees or APD officers or APD administrators at your APD Forensic Science Division center at 812 Springdale Road in Austin had specifically determined during the period since June 21, 2019, that "one or more of the infrared motion-sensitive photographs in APD's possession that were generated for me at my own financial expense during my bedtime hours from inside the bedroom of my current solo-occupancy rental apartment unit, Apt. 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive in northeast Austin, APPEARED TO BE OF SOMEONE OTHER THAN MYSELF."
I would like to respectfully point out that your APD Open Records Unit's written response to my online January 24, 2020, public-information request to APD (ID number R031781-012420) provided me with nine separate infrared motion-sensitive photo images of a variety of persons who each specifically did not appear to be me, and who were each physically present inside my current bedroom of my current-double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit during my sleeping hours at nighttime.
Does your reply letter to me yesterday possibly indicate that one or more City of Austin employees who do not work for APD, or some other individual who does not work for the City of Austin, identified the nine total APD-verified infrared motion-sensitive photos obtained for me during my sleeping hours from inside my current bedroom of my current apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, that your Austin Police Department has already confirmed for me in writing as appearing to be of someone other than me?
Otherwise, does your reply letter to me yesterday indicate that the determination about the cited nine separate crime-evidence photos from my current apartment's bedroom not appearing to be of myself, was made by an APD or City of Austin employee employed or stationed at a location other than the APD Forensic Science Division center along Springdale Road?
Thank you in advance for your helpful reply letter to me on this.
Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, public-information requestor.
My date of birth: April 27, 1957. My place of birth: Lincoln, Nebraska.
My current solo-occupancy efficiency-apartment unit home address ever since June 21, 2019:
Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Bldg. 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.

Dear Mr. John Kevin McMillan,
The Austin Police Department (APD) received a Public Information request from you on June 16, 2021, to request copies of records pertaining to the following:
“I hereby request a copy of any document on file with APD's Forensic Science Division, 812 Springdale Road in Austin, that cites the name of each APD employee or APD officer or APD administrator in that division who specifically determined at any time since June 21, 2019---including anytime this month ----that one or more of the infrared motion-sensitive photographs in APD's possession that were generated for me at my own financial expense during my bedtime hours from inside the bedroom of my current solo-occupancy rental apartment unit, Apt. 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive in northeast Austin, APPEARED TO BE OF SOMEONE OTHER THAN MYSELF.
I have lived alone and have always slept alone in my current always-bolt-locked second-floor efficiency rental apartment unit in Building 17, situated near the northeastern corner of the Pebble Creek Apartments gated-community complex, ever since the early afternoon of June 21, 2019. I am a longtime celibate-by-choice (including ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001), gainfully-employed, permanently drinking-alcohol-free, facially-cleanshaven, permanently-marijuana-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-vaping-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and law-enforcement-minded single adult white Anglo-Saxon gentleman.
Below, please find the exact verbatim text of a January 31, 2020, reply letter to me from your APD Open Records Unit that referred to your having eight photos obtained from inside my current apartment unit that appear to be of someone other than me.
