Your reply letter appears to be in response to my September 28, 2021, e-mail public-information request to the Office of Injured Employee Counsel state agency, a public-information request I had courtesy-carbon-copied to yourself.
Your reply letter to me cited my own address as being the same as for the Office of Injured Employee Counsel state agency---a government address that was cited in my own September 28, 2021, e-mail public-information request to that state agency in Austin. That request of mine began with:

I myself have never been employed by the Office of Injured Employee Counsel state agency. Also, my own current home address ever since June 21, 2019, has been and continues to be: Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Bldg. 17, Apt. 2418, Austin, TX 78753.
I am currently employed by three different respective corporate-owned restaurants that are each located in north Austin. Those three respective restaurants---two of which are headquartered in Florida---- are the only current employers of mine that I am aware of. If you know of any other current employer of mine, please let me know as soon as possible.
Congressman Doggett, I need to also respectfully mention that the state representative for my current legislative district is State Rep. Sheryl Cole of Austin. Your reply letter to me had advised me to contact State Rep. Eddie Rodriguez.
Finally, I would like to respectfully ask you to please elaborate on your statement to me in your September 28 reply letter to me that there were "state issues" cited in recent e-mail correspondence of mine in regard to which "Congress has no jurisdiction", you stated.
In that clarification from you, I would appreciate your kindly explaining to me which specific "problem" that you yourself cited to me in your reply letter is one that your feel sure a member of the Texas Legislature can assist me to "resolve", as you put it.
Thank you again for your reply letter. I would appreciate a follow-up message from you that offers me a written response on this.
