The following (below) is the exact text of the online message I wrote and submitted at  9:54 p.m. today (Friday, September 24, 2021) to the Commission on State Emergency Communications (CSEC) state agency here in Austin--a state agency for which the current General Counsel according to that state agency's website is Patrick Tyler. I received an immediate automated-message confirmation tonight on my computer screen at the CSEC agency website which stated that my public-information request (below) had been successfully submitted to that government agency in Austin.
