A correction on the final statement I made below: I have been a year-round passenger on local Cap Metro buses for many consecutive years, including ever since the applicable date of June 1, 2019. Please note that I have inserted the correct year into that text immediately following my full legal name.
To assist you in your search for legal documents responsive to this public information request, I also want to add that I was born on April 27, 1957, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Also, I am a single adult white Anglo-Saxon gentleman, and I lead a permanently-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free ( ever since 1984), lifelong tobacco-free, facially cleanshaven, lifelong-tattoo-less, celibate-by-choice life here in Austin.

I would appreciate receiving from you a copy of any and all emails or other written communications that a staff member or peace officer or administrative staff member for Cap Metro Security has written or sent or received from or to the Austin Police Department between 8 a.m. June 1, 2019, and the present, that in each such case referred to me at least once in any manner or context, or to Apt. 2418 in Building 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin.
I have lived alone ever since June 21, 2019, as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant in Apt. 2418 at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 N. Plaza Drive, in northeast Austin.
My primary landline phone number and primary email address throughout the entire multi-year period ever since June 1, 2019, have always been and continue to be (512) 342-2295 and

I am the current criminal-law complainant
in APD Sex Crimes and Alleged Home Invasion Crimes Case 2021-2440624.
APD opened that crime case on Sept. 1, 2021, with first-rate APD Sex Crimes Unit Detective William Costello being the investigator for that case. Detective Costello's direct-line APD office phone number is (512) 974-4247.
A thorough forensic DNA swabs sexual assault evidence medical exam on me that had been authorized in writing by APD Detective Costello was performed on me in the early morning hours of Sept. 2, 2021, by a female forensic nurse inside the emergency room of Dell Seton Medical Center at The University of Texas.
