Dear President-Elect Joe Biden,

Thank you again for the very high level of confidence in me that your friendly reply letters to me have conveyed over a multi-month period. It feels great to sense that you have identified me as being a benevolent and law-abiding and honest, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, permanently-marijuana-free and anti-marijuana-minded, lifelong-tobacco-free, law-enforcement-minded, gainfully-employed single adult Anglo male American citizen and Nebraska native with strong public-policy-brainstorming skills.

As you prepare for your January 2021 Inauguration Day, I have three urgent public-policy questions that I need to respectfully pose to you in writing:

President-Elect Biden, are you willing to contact current Austin Mayor Steve Adler and the other 10 current members of the Austin City Council; current Austin City Manager Spencer Cronk; current Austin City Attorney Anne Morgan; the current President and Chief Executive Officer of the City of Austin Housing Authority, Mr. Michael Gerber; the current Chief Operating Officer of the City of Austin Housing Authority, Ms. Sylvia Blanco; the current director of the City of Austin Neighborhood Housing and Community Development Department, Ms. Rosie Truelove; and the current director of the City of Austin Public Health Department, Ms. Stephanie Y. Hayden, in order to yourself offer a polite but emphatic warning to each of those respective Central Texas municipal government officials?

In particular, are you willing to specifically warn the City Government of Austin that you as incoming President of the United States----along with your courageously law-enforcement-minded and vigilant Vice President-Elect, Ms. Kamala Harris, and officials of your 2021 Administration's U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, United States Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and U.S. Department of Homeland Security----WILL NOT TOLERATE OR PERMIT any circumstance to occur in which the City of Austin (TX) fails to fully protect my own asserted legal right as the ONLY approved rent-paying tenant and ONLY approved occupant inside my current always-bolt-locked efficiency unit, to myself keep any and all persons AWAY from any portion of the interior of my apartment throughout any and all of my sleeping hours at nighttime, as I myself lie alone unconscious and probably snoring on a bed I myself own?

Finally, President-Elect Biden, are you willing to contact Austin (TX) Police Chief Brian Manley---himself a very influential and world-famous public official who, like yourself, has a strong Irish heritage? 

If so, are you also willing to ask APD Chief Manley why he has never at any time ordered the Austin Police Department (APD) Sex Crimes Unit to immediately obtain full and comprehensive 190-day retroactive forensic-DNA-traces processing of each of the two separate rape-evidence kits in  APD's current possession that were each obtained separately from my own body, at my request each time, by a female forensic nurse inside the St. David's Medical Center emergency room in central Austin on two separate respective dates in 2011---on April 28, 2011, for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-1180447, and on December 22, 2011, for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615?

Thank you in advance, President-Elect Biden, for your very reassuring and very helpful reply letter to me on this. I hope to hear from you in the very near future.

And finally, I want to again enthusiastically congratulate you and Ms. Harris for your great success together as a team in the November 3, 2020, Presidential Election!
