Subject: 11-23-20 President-Elect Biden, Please Appoint a Crime-Prevention Czar for your Administration

November 23, 2020

Dear President-Elect Joe Biden,

I urge you to as soon as possible appoint a "Crime Prevention Coordinator", "Chief of Crime Prevention", or "'Keep Crime Away' Crusader" in your incisively proactive Administration.

That crime-deterrence-minded official can strive on a year-round basis to help you and your incoming Administration publicize and promote to as many Americans as possible a wide range of practical life-saving strategies for deterring crime throughout the entire United States and all American territories.

I also feel confident that the proposed "'Keep Crime Away' Coordinator" for your Administration can play a vital role in helping to organize a proposed "White House Symposium on Crime Deterrence" to be held on an annual basis each and every year of your truly great and inspirational tenure as our nation's chief of state.

The crime-deterrence strategies being promoted on a year-round basis by your National Crime-Deterrence Chief might involve full use of a variety of electronic media, including television and radio public-service announcements and taped interviews with the news media and YouTube speeches or presentations, that can help educate the American public about how they can lead and promote crime-free lifestyles on a year-round and continuing basis.

The media publicity being fostered by your Administration's Crime-Deterrence Chief can also offer specific and very helpful crime-prevention-related information and advice to private citizens, homeowners, apartment tenants, landlords, businesses, work supervisors, labor unions, civic groups, religious groups, educational institutions, government officials, and government agencies throughout our entire often-great nation.

At present, as I'm sure you must be painfully aware, no particular federal official in the Administration of your immediate predecessor, Mr. Trump, has held that type of consistent moral authority and tireless year-round zeal on behalf of educating the American people about the vital importance of crime deterrence and vigilance and full compliance with the law that can keep perpetrators of crime away from each law-abiding American citizen's own bolt-locked private residence on a year-round and permanent basis.

President-Elect Biden, I am very sure that the efforts of your Crime-Prevention Chief will help to significantly reduce the incidence of crime nationwide, and especially the nationwide violent-crime rate, within a matter of weeks or months after he or she officially begins their duties in that very influential proposed new position for the U.S. Government.

The reduced crime rate, in turn, will save the U.S. Government and American society millions of dollars per year from an increased devotion to civility of conduct and diligent obedience of the law and helpful vigilance and honesty by as many Americans as possible.

Thank you in advance, President-Elect Biden, for your very kind willingness to consider making an appointment of this type to your incoming Administration team as you prepare for your truly great and joyous and globally-celebrated Inauguration on January 20, 2021, in Washington, D.C.

I hope this follow-up brainstorming letter is helpful to you and your crime-deterrence-minded Vice-President-Elect, Ms. Kamala Harris, whose expertise at pursuing criminal prosecutions in northern California indicate that she might have lots of great ideas for your Administration about who might be the best possible candidate for the proposed new position of Crime-Prevention Coordinator for our entire nation.

With Friendly Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, president of the one-total-approved member (myself) and crime-deterrence-minded non-Christian Honor Society "Progressive Prohibitionist Religion"---a fully-independent new religion with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements.
