"Building 17 is situated in the northeastern corner of this very large and gated-community apartment complex---a commercial residential real-estate property for which the owner's name has been withheld from me by the polite apartment-management team. They politely cite 'privacy' reasons for that current policy toward me as directly explained to me by Mr. Cecil Domel---himself the cited immediate supervisor of my consistently polite general manager here at Pebble Creek, Mr. Juan Acosta---in a very recent reply e-mail letter to me from Mr. Cecil Domel."
I hope to hear from each of you top APD officials today in regard to whether you are willing to help me obtain a new forensic medical-evidence DNA-traces forensic medical exam on myself as soon as possible this week---which will generate the first-ever APD-authorized rape-evidence kit from me since 2011 in the cited continuous-and-continuing daily and year-round and multi-year rape-crimes case in which I am being victimized during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE, unconscious and probably snoring, on my own bed by possible alleged human trafficking perpetrators or organized crime perpetrators inside my always-bolt-locked and always-fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit.
I also hope to hear from each of you today in regard to whether APD is now willing to accept from me for processing the two most recent flashdrives of mine containing hundreds of new alleged-home-invasion-crimes and trespassing-crimes and assault-by-physical-contact crime-evidence photo-images that I am currently storing in a filing cabinet inside my always-bolt-locked-and-always-fully-locked efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments in north Austin.
One very pertinent point about the crime-evidence photos that might be helpful to crime investigators for APD: Throughout the entire most recent 30-year period, I myself as a white non-Hispanic Anglo gentleman have never at any time ever once agreed to have any intimate physical contact or any sexual contact of any type with any non-Anglo person.
I might add with polite emphasis that I am appalled and outraged by inter-racial rape. I insist on my legal right to myself press criminal charges against any non-Anglo person who ever at any time attempts to force himself or herself upon me, or who ever commits assault by physical contact or sexual assault victimizing me, during my sleeping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my always-bolt-locked and always-fully-locked efficiency unit in north Austin.
I might add that I have repeatedly informed APD's Sex Crimes Unit over a multi-year period that during my conscious or waking hours I myself have not participated in any act of anal intercourse or been subjected to any anal penetration of myself of any type on any occasion since the 1980s.
It is also noteworthy for APD crime investigators that in the entire period ever since and including the day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001, I have been completely celibate, with zero sexual contact or intimate physical contact between myself and any other human being (or any animal or beast, for that matter), regardless of where I traveled or or resided or was situated, throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours.
In regard to the crime-evidence photos I've obtained during my sleep inside my current housing unit, APD Sex Crimes Unit Sgt. Benningfield on February 7, 2020, reportedly stated that she declines to accept any additional flashdrives of alleged home-invasion-crimes-and-sex-crimes-and-personal-injury-crimes photo-images evidence from me. Sgt. Benningfield stated to me on the telephone through a female staff member of hers inside her APD Unit, Nicole, at about 2 pm. February 7, 2020, that I was myself required to submit any additional flashdrives evidence from myself or an additional crime evidence I obtain inside my current rental-apartment unit to the APD Crisis Intervention Team mental-health officers unit.
I maintain that that diversion of my crime evidence to an APD "mental health officers" unit---a unit that in May 2013 acknowledged to me (with APD CIT Unit Senior Police Officer James Turner having made that in-person disclosure to me inside my and my then-roommate's apartment unit at that time about Officer Turner's own conduct toward me in that case) having ordered the destruction of tangible crime evidence from me about store-bought food of mine inside my apartment unit at that time having tasted as if it had been deliberately poisoned by someone unbeknownst to me AFTER I had initially opened those packages or containers of food or beverages and found them to taste as they normally would, with that reported destruction of alleged-crime evidence by the CIT unit in 2013 having occurred despite my having provided APD with a reliable primary-care-physician-ordered May 2013 medical test result showing I had tested positive for arsenic a matter of days after my new self-identified part-Irish-ancestry roommate, "John Douglas Martin" his cited "legal name", moved into my unit on April 27, 2013, as my apartment-management-team-approved new official roommate ---needlessly impairs the achievement of progress in the actual crime investigation in this case in which I am the victim an complainant.

Upon further review, I also found very pertinent legal documents I recently sent to APD Chief Manley and APD Commander Catherine Johnson as part of my multi-document written appeal of APD Sex Crimes Unit head Sergeant Sandra Benningfield's conduct in regard to APD Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923. I am the victim and complainant in that APD case.
As each of you is no doubt aware, APD Case 16-1340923 is a still-unsolved alleged-continuous-and-continuing-personal-injury-crimes-and-rape-crimes case for which APD's Sex Crimes Unit in the latter half of 2019 and in early January 2020 accepted thousands of infrared motion-sensitive-camera photo images from me of alleged illegal trespassers inside my bedroom of my always-bolt-locked and always-fully-secured current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit.
Those photo images from either or both of the two separate infrared-motion-sensitive surveillance cameras I purchased brand-new in 2019 were each obtained for me during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, inside my current solo-occupancy always-bolt-locked rental-efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin.
I would like to call each of you two top APD officials' attention to the following especially noteworthy exactly quoted text from my February 28, 2020, e-mail letter of appeal I wrote and sent to APD Commander Catherine Johnson (an e-mail letter from me, final item, below, that that high-ranking APD official chose not to send me any written reply to):

Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore a recent public-information response to me from APD's Public Information Office that cited several infrared motion-sensitive-camera photos that were obtained for me during my sleep inside my current rental unit as each apparently exposing someone OTHER than myself inside my bedroom.

Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore written statements of mine to her APD unit that in the period ever since early 2016, I myself have undergone five separate doctor-ordered surgical procedures on myself inside local hospitals for life-threatening medical problems relating to my cardiovascular system that I developed, the specific nature of which no relative of mine has ever had, and that I allege to have occurred largely because of my being victimized on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis alleged personal injury crimes, including deliberate-sleep-deprivation-infliction crimes, inflicted on me during my sleeping hours or during periods in which I was held unconscious by intruders wielding illegal nasal inhalants, inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.

Benningfield's action toward me, I have been forced to keep in storage inside my bolt-locked current apartment unit two current brand-new flashdrives with hundreds of photo images of additional crime evidence on my behalf as the crime victim that have not been reviewed by any APD unit, much less an APD unit with expertise in reviewing forensic photo evidence.
"---Sgt. Benningfield over a very recent multi-year recent period has repeatedly declined to authorize ANY of the forensic rape-evidence medical exams on myself that I have specifically requested approval for that day from her APD Sex Crimes Unit.

Benningfield has apparently never chosen to order any full 180-day (?) retroactive processing of all DNA traces from each the existing rape kits obtained from me at my request that APD already has in its possession. Those two rape-evidence kits were for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-1180447 and APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615. Sgt. Benningfield has pursued that conduct despite my repeated statements to her APD unit that I myself am a self-identified victim in a continuous-and-continuing, daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year personal-injury-crimes and sex crimes case in Austin, Texas.
"--Sgt. Benningfield over a multi-year period has chosen against ordering ANY of her Sex Crimes Unit detectives to directly visit me inside my rental unit and directly interview me about APD Case 16-1340923 inside my apartment unit.
"--Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to repeatedly ignore my repeated written statements to her APD unit that I myself have been completely celibate, with zero sexual contact or intimate physical contact between myself or any other human being (or any animal, for that matter), regardless of where I was situated or where I traveled to or resided, on any occasion throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since the day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001.
"---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore these pertinent facts about me: I lead a permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984) lifestyle; I am NOT a former or current drug addict, and in fact I have NEVER consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana on any occasion in my entire life; I am not a "former alcoholic" or "recovering alcoholic", and in fact I have not consumed any quantity of drinking alcohol on any occasion since the late summer of 1990; I am a lifelong non-smoker; I do not have ANY tattoo anywhere on my own body, and I am in fact a lifelong-tattoo-less person; I do NOT wear jewelry on my own body, and I am in fact repulsed by jewelry on men; I am NOT effeminate, and I am platonicly polite toward a wide range of persons of any background; I myself am dependably civil and law-abiding and honest; I never verbalize profanity or obscene speech in my everyday conversations with others; and I do not have any criminal-conviction record.
"---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore the point that I lead a factually-minded lifestyle and have a prior career background in law-enforcement, through full-time jobs I held with the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agency, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, as well as a prior career background as a full-time daily newspaper reporter. I had a very good accuracy record as a full-time reporter for a variety of respective daily general-circulation newspapers and semi-weekly or weekly general-circulation newspapers in Texas, Minnesota, and Florida, respectively.
"---Sgt. Benningfield has never at any time questioned the accuracy of my repeated statements to her APD unit that in the entire period ever since the late afternoon of my move-in-date into my current efficiency solo-occupancy unit of June 21, 2019---when two male adult movers for Affordable Moving Company did help to place my mattress and possibly other furniture inside my bedroom for me---I myself have NEVER with my own eyes ever at any time definitely and directly seen any person other than myself inside my bedroom of my current solo-occupancy rental apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments.
---"Sgt. Benningfield through her detectives has never at any time questioned the accuracy of my repeated written statements to her APD unit that as the only official tenant and only official occupant inside my current efficiency apartment unit, I have never at any time ever once knowingly permitted ANY PERSON (or any dog or cat or animal, for that matter--I am very opposed to bestiality) to enter my current rental unit other than:

I have also decided to share a courtesy carbon-copy on all of this with other cultural leaders, civic leaders, political leaders, or government officials who might also be very concerned about the cited failure to investigate APD Case 16-1340923 by the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit in recent years under the current style of "leadership" of APD Sgt. Sandra Benningfield as the reported head of that unit.
That very alarming alleged possible obstruction of justice by APD Sgt. Benningfield has occurred in a context in which her APD Sex Crimes Unit under her direction has chosen to ignore my written request in writing that their very influential APD unit please interview Austin realtor John Schlueter about what prompted him to state to me on the telephone in February 2012, during a local phone call I made from a hospital in Austin to that friendly neighbor of mine and married gentleman in northwest Austin in which I stated to him that I had been awakened abruptly minutes before that phone call with sharp pain in my anus as an overnight patient inside the Austin Lakes Hospital (situated inside the St. David's Central Hospital complex)----Austin Lakes being a psychiatric hospital where uniformed officers of the Austin Police Department (this throughout my involuntary confinement there in which I as a psychologically healthy and very polite and tactfully honest gentleman who never at any time was required to consume, or ever at any time consumed, any psychiatric medications, nor have I ever consumed ANY such medications on any occasion this century, I might also point out) had full supervision over my temporary-housing and sleeping conditions as I lay alone on a designated bed of my own inside my and one other patient's open-door room, a room of Austin Lakes Hospital to which I had been assigned to share with a black-haired Anglo male roommate after APD had placed me against my wishes on a 48-hour-emergency-peace-officers commitment for which no court hearing ever occurred: "No matter where you (John Kevin McMillan) go in Austin, you will always be getting raped (during your sleep). The violations of your own privacy rights in Austin, Texas, far exceed anything that I (John Schlueter, a State of Texas-certified realtor) have ever observed during the last several decades of my own lifetime here in Austin" (near-exact quote).

As I'm sure you are already very aware, I am a self-identified victim of alleged continuous-and-continuing, daily-and-year-round sex-crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleeping hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit.
Sergeant Mike Henderson of the Travis County District Attorney's Office has helpfully advised me on the telephone that I have the option of myself following the proper APD chain of command in formally appealing APD Sex Crimes Unit head administrator Sergeant Sandra Benningfield's repeated decisions over a multi-year period of herself declining to authorize ANY forensic medical-evidence rape-evidence exam on myself that I had requested at that time from APD.
I wish to politely emphasize, Chief Manley, that the APD Sex Crimes Unit in the latter half of 2019 and in January 2020 accepted from me thousands of infrared-motion-sensitive camera-generated photo images specifically designated to me by APD as being possible crime evidence for APD Case 16-1340923 ---- new photos that had been obtained for me in 2019 during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed.
Those new photos were of alleged illegal intruders caught on camera inside my one total bedroom of my current always-bolt-locked and always-fully-secured solo-occupancy (myself, only) efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin. I have an official signed 12-month lease agreement for my current apartment unit, and I am the ONLY cited tenant and only cited occupant on that lease.
I have repeatedly and politely informed APD's Sex Crimes Unit in writing that I sense that one or more possible hidden points of entry into my current bolt-locked and fully-secured rental apartment have been allegedly deployed by alleged home-invasion crimes perpetrators victimizing me during my sleeping hours. I have pointed out to APD in writing that infrared motion-sensitive photo images I've obtained during my sleeping hours appear to show possible movement of or possible passage through one or more of my current bedroom walls, for instance, during my sleeping hours.
The polite management team at my current apartment complex, Pebble Creek Apartments, has stated to me this year that they are sure there are only three possible points of entry into my current efficiency rental-apartment unit: my front door, the sliding glass-door between my living room and my outdoor balcony, and my kitchen window.
Despite the APD Sex Crimes Unit's reactivation last year of APD Case 16-1340923, APD in the entire period since 2016 (when that particular felony-crimes case originated) has repeatedly declined to authorize ANY DNA-traces rape-evidence medical exam on me on any of the approximately 10 separate occasions of the last four-year period when I specifically requested official authorization from APD's Sex Crimes Unit for a forensic medical exam of that type on myself.
The most recent year in which APD's Sex Crimes Unit was willing to authorize any rape-evidence exam on me was 2011----nine years ago. I have not obtained any written verification from APD that it obtained full 180-day retroactive processing of ONE OR MORE ---OR EACH, FOR THAT MATTER--- of the DNA traces obtained from those two separate rape-evidence kits obtained from me in 2011 at my request.
The Attorney General of Texas has this year confirmed for me in a written response to a public-information request from myself that that state agency's Human Trafficking and Transnational/Organized Crime section in Austin has officially established a file, along with corroborating photo evidence, that's focused on myself as a self-identified victim of crime in Austin.
I might add that the Polaris Project non-profit group has informed me in writing this year that their non-profit group seeking to deter human trafficking crimes in the United States has assigned me an official case number with Polaris. My case number with them is: 682239. The Polaris Project, as I'm sure you are very aware, maintains a 24-hours-per-day, 7-days-per-week Human Trafficking hotline, toll-free phone number 1-888-373-7888.
Please note that I did send additional e-mail documentation to APD Assistant Chief Jennifer Stephenson when I submitted my e-mail written appeal to herself that she chose not to reply to. I will be happy to share each of those 10 or so additional emails of mine to APD Assistant Chief Stephenson with yourself as well, if you believe that might be helpful to you in reviewing this written appeal to you from myself.

Dear Austin Police Department Commander Johnson,
Thank you for your kind and helpful willingness to review my multi-part written appeal I have shared with you.
I respectfully maintain that the carbon-copy I shared with you this week on the February 27, 2019, Open Records reply letter to me from the Attorney General of Texas --- a reply letter confirming that that state agency's Human Trafficking and Transnational/Organized Crime Section has numerous crime-evidence photos in its possession that were each generated during my own sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed inside my current solo-occupancy always-bolt-locked efficiency apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments --- underscores the merit of my current written appeal to yourself.
As you know, Commander Johnson, I have diligently followed the official APD chain of command in my written appeal of conduct toward me by Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit head administrator Sgt. Sandra Benningfield that has included:
---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore a recent public-information response to me from APD's Public Information Office that cited several infrared motion-sensitive-camera photos that were obtained for me during my sleep inside my current rental unit as each apparently exposing someone OTHER than myself inside my bedroom.
---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore written statements of mine to her APD unit that in the period ever since early 2016, I myself have undergone five separate doctor-ordered surgical procedures on myself inside local hospitals for life-threatening medical problems relating to my cardiovascular system that I developed, the specific nature of which no relative of mine has ever had, and that I allege to have occurred largely because of my being victimized on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis alleged personal injury crimes, including deliberate-sleep-deprivation-infliction crimes, inflicted on me during my sleeping hours or during periods in which I was held unconscious by intruders wielding illegal nasal inhalants, inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.
--Sgt. Benningfield ever since February 7, 2020, has emphatically declined to accept any additional flashdrives from me that contain hundreds or thousands of additional crime-evidence photo images of alleged home-invasion-crime perpetrators, alleged trespassers, alleged sex-crimes perpetrators, alleged assault-by-physical-contact perpetrators, alleged unauthorized and flagrantly illegal-nasal-inhalant-services perpetrators, alleged unauthorized and flagrantly illegal hydration services perpetrators, alleged unauthorized and flagrantly-illegal anal-vibration-services perpetrators, alleged unauthorized and flagrantly illegal sleep-interruption-and-REM (deep)-sleep ruination "medical services" providers, and alleged personal-injury-crimes perpetrators who allegedly victimized me during my sleeping hours as I lay or lie ALONE, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, on my own bed inside my bolt-locked and fully-secured solo-occupancy efficiency unit.
As a result of Sgt. Benningfield's action toward me, I have been forced to keep in storage inside my bolt-locked current apartment unit two current brand-new flashdrives with hundreds of photo images of additional crime evidence on my behalf as the crime victim that have not been reviewed by any APD unit, much less an APD unit with expertise in reviewing forensic photo evidence.
---Sgt. Benningfield over a very recent multi-year recent period has repeatedly declined to authorize ANY of the forensic rape-evidence medical exams on myself that I have specifically requested approval for that day from her APD Sex Crimes Unit.
---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently never chosen to order any full 180-day (?) retroactive processing of all DNA traces from each the existing rape kits obtained from me at my request that APD already has in its possession. Those two rape-evidence kits were for APD Sex Crimes Case 11-1180447 and APD Sex Crimes Case 11-3550615. Sgt. Benningield has pursued that conduct despite my repeated statements to her APD unit that I myself am a self-identified victim in a continuous-and-continuing, daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year personal-injury-crimes and sex crimes case in Austin, Texas.
--Sgt. Benningfield over a multi-year period has chosen against ordering ANY of her Sex Crimes Unit detectives to directly visit me inside my rental unit and directly interview me about APD Case 16-1340923 inside my apartment unit.
--Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to repeatedly ignore my repeated written statements to her APD unit that I myself have been completely celibate, with zero sexual contact or intimate physical contact between myself or any other human being (or any animal, for that matter), regardless of where I was situated or where I traveled to or resided, on any occasion throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since the day I moved to the northern section of Austin in August 2001.
---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore these pertinent facts about me: I lead a permanently-marijuana-free (ever since 1984) lifestyle; I am NOT a former or current drug addict, and in fact I have NEVER consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana on any occasion in my entire life; I am not a "former alcoholic" or "recovering alcoholic", and in fact I have not consumed any quantity of drinking alcohol on any occasion since the late summer of 1990; I am a lifelong non-smoker; I do not have ANY tattoo anywhere on my own body, and I am in fact a lifelong-tattoo-less person; I do NOT wear jewelry on my own body, and I am in fact repulsed by jewelry on men; I am NOT effeminate, and I am platonicly polite toward a wide range of persons of any background; I myself am dependably civil and law-abiding and honest; I never verbalize profanity or obscene speech in my everyday conversations with others; and I do not have any criminal-conviction record.
---Sgt. Benningfield has apparently chosen to ignore the point that I lead a factually-minded lifestyle and have a prior career background in law-enforcement, through full-time jobs I held with the Texas Department of Public Safety state agency, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles state agency, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, as well as a prior career background as a full-time daily newspaper reporter. I had a very good accuracy record as a full-time reporter for a variety of respective daily general-circulation newspapers and semi-weekly or weekly general-circulation newspapers in Texas, Minnesota, and Florida, respectively.
---Sgt. Benningfield has never at any time questioned the accuracy of my repeated statements to her APD unit that in the entire period ever since the late afternoon of my move-in-date into my current efficiency solo-occupancy unit of June 21, 2019---when two male adult movers for Affordable Moving Company did help to place my mattress and possibly other furniture inside my bedroom for me---I myself have NEVER with my own eyes ever at any time definitely and directly seen any person other than myself inside my bedroom of my current solo-occupancy rental apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments.
---Sgt. Benningfield through her detectives has never at any time questioned the accuracy of my repeated written statements to her APD unit that as the only official tenant and only official occupant inside my current efficiency apartment unit, I have never at any time ever once knowingly permitted ANY PERSON (or any dog or cat or animal, for that matter--I am very opposed to bestiality) to enter my current rental unit other than:
---numerous respective on-duty APD officers, over a multi-month period;
---an on-duty Austin-based investigator for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, Investigator Diana McGeehan---cell phone number 512-960-9351, according to the professional ID card she left with me---who visited my unit for DFPS Case Number 7292-2668 and interviewed me for about 40 minutes, from 2 p.m. to 2:40 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2019, during which time Investigator McGeehan politely advised me to purchase a second hunter's camera (which I later did as advised on December 5, 2019) and install it inside my one total bedroom for surveillance purposes inside my bedroom of my current apartment unit;
---on-duty pest-control-services providers for the polite management team here at Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, in north Austin;
---an on-duty African-American male adult moving company staff member, first name Ryan, and an Anglo male adult moving company staff member for Austin Affordable Moving Company, first name Cameron, and only in the context of their both helping me to move into my new rental unit at Pebble Creek Apartments at about noon on my officially approved move-in date of June 21, 2019;
---on-duty maintenance staff members doing possible repair work inside my apartment unit; and
---several on-duty staff members for the San Marcos-based Grande Communications, who installed my new Grande-internet and Grande-landline phone service and Grande cable television service inside my current rental-housing unit and helped me to figure out how to use that new media-services technology inside my unit over a multi-day or multi-week period in late June 2019 and possibly also in July 2019.
---Sgt. Benningfield has reportedly very recently advised me to contact mental health officers for APD, and to myself refrain from ever again contacting her Sex Crimes Unit, with Lt. Gena Curtis having conveyed that policy decision toward me in writing through an e-mail letter to me from Lt. Curtis that I have shared with you as evidence on behalf of my appeal. Sgt. Benningfield has reportedly pursued that policy action toward me despite the fact that I myself am psychologically healthy, dependably civil and law-abiding and honest and factually-focused, I am NOT under any mental health restrictions of any type, and I hold full power of attorney authority on my own behalf.
--Sgt. Benningfield has apparently advised her APD Sex Crimes Unit detectives to cite to me the absence of a possible point of entry into my bolt-locked apartment unit as an ostensible basis for no further investigation by her APD unit, with those statements conveying the repeated outlook toward me by her APD unit that I as the complainant and crime victim am expected to shoulder the entire burden of proof for APD Sex Crimes Case 16-1340923.
--Sgt. Benningfield as head of the APD Sex Crimes Unit has chosen against requesting that a building code inspector for the City of Austin inspect my apartment unit and each of the abutting apartment units for possible points of entry into my efficiency one-bedroom apartment unit in Building 17 at Pebble Creek Apartments. She has made that decision despite photo images evidence I have provided her APD unit of possible movement to one or more walls of my bedroom during my sleeping hours as I myself lay alone on my own bed.
--With one total exception, as noted in a follow-up e-mail to me several years ago, Sgt. Benningfield has declined to speak with me or interview me on any occasion in the last approximately four-year period. In her capacity as head of the APD Sex Crimes Unit, Sgt. Benningfield has presided over a unit that over a multi-year period has chosen against inviting me to visit their unit for a full formal interview. The ONLY full interview I was ever granted in person at the APD Sex Crimes Unit occurred in May 2011, with APD Sex Crimes Unit Detective David Silva having conducted that approximately 30-minute videotaped interview with me.
---Sgt. Benningfield has chosen to ignore my statements to her APD Unit that my public reputation for being the founder and only current approved member of a new and lawfully non-Christian religious group with very stringent membership-eligibility requirements, the anti-drinking-alcohol and anti-tobacco and anti-marijuana-minded and anti-tattoos-minded Progressive Prohibitionist Religion that I delivered televised speeches about around the turn of this century for local community-access television here in Austin, may have played a possible role in alleged retaliatory personal-injury-crimes and alleged hate crimes toward me during my sleeping hours by atheistic persons and other persons who dislike or despise my fully independent and implicitly-deistic new religion.
Commander Johnson, I hope to hear from you today in your written response to my appeal through yourself of conduct toward me by Sergeant Bennigfield and her immediate supervisor, Lt. Gena Curtis.
