Dear Senator Cruz,

This is a public-information request from a permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984), lifelong-illicit-drug-free in regard to any and all illicit drugs other than marijuana, lifelong-tobacco-free, facially-cleanshaven, platonicly polite and longtime celibate, lifelong-tattoo-less, clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), single adult white Anglo-Saxon gentleman of predominantly English ancestry. I am also a gainfully-employed and law-abiding constituent of yours in Austin, Texas.

Senator Cruz,
 I am hereby requesting from you a copy of any and all written communications or telephone records generated or written or received or forwarded or sent or FAXed by either your official Central Texas office in Austin, Texas, or your main office in Washington, D.C., at any time from January 1, 2016, through 9 a.m. March 18, 2020, that each specifically refer at least once in any manner to myself, John Kevin McMillan of Austin, Texas.

EXCLUDED from the scope of this public-information request are any and all e-mail communications per se that were either written by me or sent to you by myself.

INCLUDED in the scope of this public-information request are any phone messages about phone calls I myself made to or received from any government office of yours.

My legal name is "John Kevin McMillan". I was born on April 27,1957, at Lincoln, Nebraska.
I have most recently resided in Austin, Texas, on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.

My three total respective home addresses, listed from oldest to most recent, during the four-year period applicable to this public-information request are:
--Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apartment 902, Austin, TX, 78959;
---Village Oaks Apartments, 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 16, Apartment 1609, Austin, TX 78759;.
---Austin Motor Inn (a solo-occupancy temporary-housing room I rented for one week in June 2019), 11400 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78753;
---and, most recently, Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418 (a second-floor, eastward-facing unit in Building 17), Austin, TX 78753.

My landline home phone number and e-mail address have remained the same throughout the entire multi-year period applicable to this public-information request. They are: (512) 342-2295, and "mcmillanj@att.net".

My current cell phone number, after I obtained cell-phone service for the first time in my entire life in August of 2019, with help from AT&T as my first-rate cell-phone service provider, is: (512) 993-7305.

This public-information request from myself was prompted in part by my urgent need for factual information from you in regard to whether during the applicable most recent four-year period there currently is (or previously ever was) any possible federal-government involvement of some type in one or more aspects my own sleeping conditions, as I lie alone (or lay alone) on my own bed as a rent-paying official tenant or rent-paying approved occupant inside a locked rental-apartment unit or locked hotel room in Austin.

In that regard, an August 18, 2018-dated public-information request of mine to you provided you with the factual information that my duly-elected congressman at that time, Republican Congressman McCaul of Texas, in 2018 invited me to submit e-mails to him at a specially designated e-mail address of "mccaul.casework@mail.house.gov" in regard to my being victimized in Austin, Texas, on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis by alleged personal-injury-crimes and alleged sex crimes during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed inside my bolt-locked apartment unit in Austin.

Below, to refresh your memory, are the opening paragraphs of a June 15, 2018, e-mail letter I wrote and sent to Congressman McCaul during a time period when I resided in his congressional district of Texas-----the verbatim text of which I had shared with you in an August 18, 2018-dated public-information request I submitted to yourself, Senator Cruz.

On Friday, June 15, 2018 1:50 AM, John McMillan wrote:
"To: Republican Congressman Michael McCaul of Texas Congressional District 10, United States House of Representatives, United States Congress, Washington, D.C.
"June 15, 2018
"Dear Congressman McCaul,
"I would like to thank you again for kindly inviting me --- through a local phone call to me I received inside my private residence on May 25, 2018, from your Austin office staff member Bobby Dyke --- to myself send you criminal-law complaints and crime evidence I obtain to 'mccaul.casework@mail.house.gov' about my being victimized in Austin, Texas, on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis by alleged personal-injury-crimes.

"Those alleged personal-injury crimes have allegedly been inflicted on me by one or more alleged illegal intruders unbeknownst to me during periods when I was or am asleep and unconscious and lying alone on my own bed inside my bolt-locked or locked rental-apartment unit in northwest Austin...."

As you are no doubt aware, Congressman McCaul and his family maintain a permanent home in Westlake Hills, Texas.

Congressman McCaul does not currently provide me with any constituent services, his office has helpfully informed me by email in a recent prior month. I myself currently reside in the congressional district of Democratic Party-affiliated U.S. Rep. Lloyd Doggett.

Senator Cruz, you yourself apparently chose not to directly invite me to write to you using a "casework" e-mail address with your own name in it (if in fact you also have that type of option as an official representative for me in the U.S. Senate).

However, the male deputy director of your federal-government office in Austin, a gentleman named "Chris", did helpfully volunteer to me, during an October 3, 2016, local phone call I made to that office, that there may be federal-agency involvement in my own sleeping conditions inside my respective apartment units in Austin, Texas, Chris stated.

That federally-employed staff member, Chris, then added in that same 2016 phone conversation I had with him that "You (John Kevin McMillan of Austin) have a need for an attorney."

Senator Cruz, I want to thank you in advance for your prompt and authoritative and very thorough reply letter providing me with any and all legal documents responsive to this public-information request from myself.

Those legal documents from you in the year 2020 will be particularly helpful to me since I do not currently recall having received any legal documents from you in response to my August  18, 2018, public-information request to you that I wrote and emailed to you one and one-half years ago.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,
John Kevin McMillan, longstanding criminal-law complainant in Austin Police Department Case Number 16-1340923, an alleged continuous-and-continuing-daily-and-year-round-and-multi-year-sex-crimes-and-continuous-personal-injury-crimes case for which APD's Sex Crimes Unit over a multi-month period in the latter half of 2019 and in January 2020 accepted thousands of infrared motion-sensitive spy-camera photo images from me of alleged illegal home-invasion-crimes perpetrators and alleged illegal trespassers inside my current apartment unit ---- spy-camera photos that had had been obtained for me at my own financial expense from inside the one total bedroom of my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in north Austin.

I might also add that I am also apparently currently cited as a criminal-law complainant and crime victim with the Attorney General of Texas Human Trafficking and Transnational/Organized Crime office in Austin, Texas, as the Attorney General of Texas has politely indicated to me through a written response to me this year confirming that that office of the Attorney General has a large file on me that contains numerous surveillance photos obtained from inside my apartment unit.

I might also note that the Polaris Project non-profit group that operates the National Human Trafficking Hotline, phone number 1-888-373-7888, has informed me in writing this year that they have assigned me an official crime-victim case number of 682239. I would welcome any factual information or unconfirmed reports or rumors or speculations about my case that any member of the U.S. Senate or U.S. House of Representatives or any other federal official, or anyone else, for that matter, is willing to offer to that hotline phone service at any time.

My own home address ever since June 21, 2019:
Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Apt. 2418 (an eastside second-floor efficiency apartment unit in the multi-unit Building 17, situated near the northeastern corner of this very large gated-community apartment complex), Austin, TX 78753.
Home phone: (512) 342-2295.
Cell phone: (512) 993-7305.
