Dear Representatives for the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services state agency in Austin,

Thank you for your helpful reply note (below) to me on this.

I will send a follow-up note in the next few days to the Texas Department of State Health Services, in order to inquire about what the proper procedure is for myself filing a formal legal complaint through that state agency here in Austin against the cited cited medical-services provider that is situated a few blocks from the University of Texas at Austin Law School campus.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

Any reply note or written advice from any of you on any aspect of this would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: 2-23-17 a question for your TREC state agency

Dear Texas Real Estate Commission Officials in downtown Austin,

Does your state agency maintain legal files on and license all current landlords in Texas?

I am posing this question to you after recalling today that one generous personal friend of mine and Austin-based landlord renting homes to various persons (not including myself, however, as of this time) in Austin, did volunteer to me on the telephone in February 2012: "No matter where you (John Kevin McMillan) go in Austin, you will be getting raped (during your sleep)."

Mr. Schlueter made that oral statement to me during a local phone call in which I complained to him from a hospital near the UT-Austin Law School campus that I as a patient there had been awakened several times in the middle of my sleep with pain in my anus as I lay alone on my own bed in that medical facility, and that I had found thick and curly very dark hair follicles on my own bed linens inside my room---a room for which I had an assigned male "roommate" with a bed of his own---that were definitely NOT my own, I am fairly sure that I also told Mr. Schlueter in that phone conversation.

We as patients were not permitted to lock the door leading into our room from the hallway, a door that was instead required by the staff of that hospital to be kept slightly open and never fully shut at all times.

Thank you in advance for your helpful reply note in response to this one follow-up question from myself.

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a gainfully employed longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, adult Anglo gentleman and current official rent-paying tenant at Village Oaks Apartments (an apartment complex reportedly owned and managed throughout this entire complex by a for-profit corporation headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts), 10926 Jollyville Road, Apt. 902, Austin, Texas, 78759.
