Subject: 1-16-17 urgent question for my new rep. on the City Council

To: Austin City Council Member and District 10 Representative Alison Alter.

Dear Council Member Alter,

Congratulations to you again on your recent success in the December 13, 2016, run-off election for Austin City Council District 10 representative.

I am proud to note that I was among the law-abiding and gainfully employed residents of your district who voted for you in that run-off election.

It is very good to sense that a former resident of Cambridge, Mass., with a PhD in Government from the internationally prestigious Harvard University is yourself the primary Austin City Council member who now serves me and represents me on behalf of the City Government of Austin.

Council Member Alter, your temporary assistant, Osiel Rivera, did helpfully state to me on January 12 or January 13, during a phone call I made to your City Hall office, that he himself supports full freedom from crime for myself inside my locked private bedroom ---a private bedroom where I ALWAYS sleep ALONE on a bed I myself own, I myself being a longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, always-sober (no alcohol consumption or any illicit-drug consumption) and lawfully-nonChristian gentleman --- on a 24-hour-a-day-basis inside my current two-bedroom, two-bathroom rental apartment unit in northwest Austin (an apartment that I currently share with one total official roommate, a strictly-platonic new roommate for me who is an older gentleman, himself a State of Texas-licensed realtor by profession who has a bedroom of his own where he sleeps alone inside this apartment unit).

In my phone conversation with your temporary assistant Mr. Rivera, he also stated to me that he could not speak for yourself on that cited issue.

Council Member Alter, do you yourself also agree with Mr. Rivera's very recent statement to me on that very important quality of life issue for myself?

Sincerely and Best Wishes,

John Kevin McMillan, a former Boston-area newspaper journalist and former resident of Cambridge, Boston, and Quincy, Mass., who myself moved back to Texas in January 1988.

I am also the founder and ONLY approved current member of a new and non-Christian quality-of-life-minded religion, the Progressive Prohibitionist Religion, that has very stringent membership-eligibility requirements. I might add that this fully-independent "Honor Society" religion is non-stalking, law-enforcement-minded, privacy-respectful, alcohol-free, tobacco-free, marijuana-free and illicit-drug-free, tattoo-less, and profanity-free, and opposes noise pollution that is medically injurious to anyone; opposes thought-control projects; opposes fraudulent communications; opposes fraudulent or injurious "medical services"; opposes personal-injury crimes; opposes sexual-assault crimes; opposes vigilante-style "deprogramming" projects that involve kidnapping anyone against their wishes or holding anyone hostage. My non-proselytizing new and non-Christian religion fully supports a vigorous and healthful and non-censorious Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Religion tradition throughout this entire nation in regard to speech that does not involve anonymous communications violating the privacy of the person subjected to those communications against his wishes, and in regard to law-abiding religion-related conduct that is not physically violent in nature.

My home address ever since late September 2015: Village Oaks Apartments (a NW Austin apartment complex reportedly owned and managed by "Northland", a nationwide for-profit corporation headquartered in Newton, Massachusetts), 10926 Jollyville Road, Building 9, Apartment 902, Austin, Texas, 78759.
