Re: Restraining Orders
Dear John:
You called and left a message on my voice mail inquiring about a Restraining Order.
To get a Restraining Order you first must identify a person or persons whose behavior you seek to restrain and then you have to have a legal basis for that restraint.
Furthermore, you would be required to post a bond and then have a hearing within 14 days after you have served those folks with the Restraining Order.
The process can be somewhat expensive and as I say you have to be very specific about what you are seeking to accomplish.
I can say to you again as I have in the past, that I have been unable to identify any individual or group that is in any way interfering with you in a manner that would warrant a Restraining Order. In fact I have found no person or groups that are in any way impeding or interfering with your personal life.
If you have evidence contrariwise, I will be happy to discuss that with you in more detail.
I hope everything is going well with you at this time.
Yours very truly,
John F. Campbell
