Dear Mr. McMillan:

After having had an opportunity to know you since August of 1995, and understand your concerns, I would offer the observations and legal opinions contained herein based on information available to me at the present time.

There are no legal restrictions other than the legal restrictions imposed on citizens of this state and country with regards to your right to enjoy a full life including choice of career, employers, dating, and roommates. There are no restrictions on your right to enjoy your political and religious freedoms afforded citizens of this country and to practice those beliefs.

I have seen no evidence at the present time of anyone or any institution attempting to intrude upon your life. You bear full responsibility for your own actions and conduct.

Further, you have the right to associate with persons with whom you are comfortable and profess the same beliefs or a understanding of your beliefs and practices with the additional right not to associate with such persons with whom you are not comfortable, regardless of the circumstances.
