Dear Honorable President of the Utah Restaurant Association,

In addition to the California-based "In-N-Out Burger" chain here in Utah, do you yourself  know which  restaurants or restaurant chains in Utah currently donate a portion of their sales revenues toward programs and services that help promote law-abiding conduct by current or former sexual prostitutes in our state?

I am specifically  referring to programs that assist  sexual prostitutes of Utah---and persons at risk of becoming prostitutes---in making the transition into a law-abiding and honorable  career that does not involve any sexual contact or intimate physical contact with anyone.

As you may be aware, one popular and famous  restaurant in downtown Salt Lake City, the "London Belle Supper Club" at 321 South Main Street, currently offers a "Brothel Burger" and side dish  on its menu for $15.

That menu  item highlights the restaurant's prior role as a "legal" house of prostitution here in Salt Lake City.  The official website for London Belle explains that  "At the time (early 20th Century), Salt Lake City Government leaders chose 'Belle London' (Dora B. Topham)  to run an officially sanctioned block of prostitution in the city,  making her the only state-sanctioned madam in Utah history."

Do you know whether any official, board, or member  of the Utah Restaurant Association has ever asked the owner or management team at London Belle Supper Club to consider pledging a certain percentage of their "Brothel Burger" sales as financial donations to help defray  the expenses  incurred by the City of Salt Lake in investigation and prosecution of sex crimes cases that  involve human trafficking, prostitution, or houses of prostitution?

Do you know of any current official, board, or member of the Utah Restaurant Association who believes that the owner of or management team at the local  London Belle restaurant is morally obligated to donate toward establishment of a special  "House of Honor" temporary boarding house  for prostitutes seeking to become law-abiding and gainfully employed citizens here in Salt Lake City?
