I received a much-appreciated written referral to you today by the "ITD Service Desk" for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety.
Please contact me if you have any questions for me or if you are willing to help me obtain official authorization for a new forensic DNA-swabs medical-evidence rape-exam on myself---whether in Austin, Texas, or during an off-duty visit of mine to Albuquerque, New Mexico, that I am willing to pursue for that one cited purpose.
As I have previously informed you, the Austin (TX) Police Department Sex Crimes on 15 or more separate occasions ever since early 2012 has repeatedly over a multi-year period declined to authorize for me any new rape-evidence exam on myself that I requested from APD at that time. I have repeatedly emphasized to the Austin Police Department and the Austin City Council that I am being victimized on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis by a very sly and very sinister alleged home-invasion-crimes perpetrator that holds me unconscious using nasal inhalants and oral inhalants while subjecting me to alleged sex crimes and alleged personal-injury-crimes during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed.
I might add that several respective local emergency-room physicians on duty and the Austin Safe Alliance, the latter of which staffs forensic nurses and holds quasi-governmental authority over administration of rape-evidence medical exams in Austin, Texas, have repeatedly and consistently declined to authorize a rape-evidence exam on me on numerous separate occasions in the most recent approximately nine-year period.
If the New Mexico DPS would be willing to help me obtain full 190-day retroactive DNA-traces processing of each of the two rape-evidence kits from me from 2011 that the Austin Police Department Sex Crimes Unit already has in its possession, I would also be very grateful to you for your life-saving assistance to me on that.
As a permanently-alcohol-free and law-abiding Anglo-Saxon criminal-law complainant who has been and continues to myself be completely celibate on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since I moved to north Austin in August 2001, any DNA traces to anyone other than me that are obtained from a 21st Century rape-evidence exam on me are very strong criminal-law evidence in a court of law that I was, in fact, raped by that individual---or, if the individual was a minor, that I was raped by the parent holding legal responsibility for that child's illegal conduct that victimized me during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and possibly snoring, inside my fully-locked apartment unit in Austin, Texas.
