Please let me know if you ever need a signed affidavit from me or an official interview with myself on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice filing possible obstruction-of-justice charges on my behalf against Donald Trump in a context that relates to me.
I will be very happy to assist in any such planned or possible criminal-law prosecution of Donald Trump in a court of law in Washington, D.C.---or elsewhere, such as Austin, Texas, if applicable.

I urge each of you three very influential federal lawmakers to please vote to impeach and lawfully and in a civil manner permanently remove Donald Trump from his current elective office as soon as possible before January 20, 2021.
The unconscionably criminal conduct that President Trump pursued by allegedly inciting violence at our nation's Capitol demands very swift punishment by Congress of that disgraceful and very dangerous current head of state.
I might add that I myself am also outraged by the apparent alleged failure of President Trump to directly and promptly contact his FBI director (as I have very recently politely asked Mr. Trump to do through a written request I submitted to him at the official White House website) and ask that FBI director to please order immediate and comprehensive DNA-swabs forensic medical-evidence anal-rape-and-oral-rape medical exam on myself. I am requesting full maximum possible 190-day (or longer, if possible) DNA-traces retroactive processing of each and every DNA swab or DNA trace in the 2021 rape kit to be obtained from me with help from the FBI.
As each of you is no doubt very aware, I am the self-identified single Anglo male victim of alleged continuous and continuing daily and year-round and multi-year personal-injury-crimes and sex-crimes and home-invasion-crimes and trespassing crimes and sleep-harassment crimes allegedly inflicted on me during my sleeping hours on a frequent and year-round basis as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, inside my double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy current efficiency-apartment unit in northeast Austin.

Dear U.S. Senator Ted Cruz of Texas and U.S. Senator John Cornyn of Texas,
Best Wishes to each of you and your many other also-very influential elected-official colleagues as you can each look forward to enjoying much safer working conditions in the U.S. Capitol Building throughout the remainder this year and beyond.
I am a very honest, dependably civil, law-abiding, vigilant and law-enforcement-minded, gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990), anti-marijuana-minded,
lifelong-tattoo-less and anti-tattoos-minded, facially-cleanshaven, single adult white non-Hispanic 63-year-old male constituent of each of you. I have resided in Austin---the state capital of Texas--- on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since mid-March 1997.
I am a registered voter, and, as I'm sure you are each very aware, I myself do not have any criminal-conviction record.
I am very aware that throughout the entire four-year tenure of President Trump in The White House, I as a longtime-celibate (including on a continuous and uninterrupted basis ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001) single adult senior citizen and Nebraska-born American citizen was myself victimized on a daily and year-round basis by alleged continuous daily-and-year-round home-invasion-crimes, personal-injury-crimes, anal-rape crimes and other sex crimes, unauthorized "medical services" injurious to me, and sleep-harassment crimes inflicted on me during my sleeping hours as I lay alone on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, inside each of my four respective locked rental-housing units where I resided as an official rent-paying tenant in Austin during that four-year period. I always slept alone on my own bed, and was completely celibate, throughout the entire four-year Presidency of Donald Trump.
In my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit, I have never on any occasion permitted anyone but on-duty Austin Police Department officers or on-duty Austin-Travis County EMS staff members (on one total occasion, in the latter case) to enter my current double-bolt-locked apartment unit, or to be physically present anywhere inside my current apartment unit, anytime between the hours of 7 p.m. in the evening and 8 a.m. in the morning. I have resided alone inside my current always-bolt-locked apartment, always with a signed official lease agreement citing me as the only approved tenant and only approved occupant, ever since my approved move-in time that occurred at midday on June 21, 2019.
Over a multi-year period during U.S. President Trump's tenure, I contacted President Trump online on three separate occasions at his official White House website (see farther below)., I also repeatedly contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Department of Justice, the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Trade Commission, the United States Department of Commerce, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Centers for Disease for Control, the United States Department of Labor (at least once), the United States Department of Education, and the Federal Communications Commission about myself being a victim of alleged continuous-and-continuing personal-injury-crimes being inflicted on me on a daily basis during my sleeping hours inside my locked rental-apartment unit in Austin, Texas.
The world-famous realtor in The White House, President Donald Trump---after acknowledging to me in writing on two separate occasions my requests for federal assistance from that particular Chief of State---repeatedly chose to ignore my pleas for help.
I maintain that the flagrant alleged obstruction of justice toward this particular continuous-felony-crimes victim in Austin (see supporting legal letters of documentation, below) that President Trump was allegedly guilty of throughout his tenure in The White House, comprises yet another very compelling reason for each of you to vote in favor of impeaching Mr. Trump.
Senator Cruz and Senator Cornyn, for this and numerous other well-publicized very tangible reasons you already know about that directly refer to the unconscionably criminal role President Trump had in inciting rioters' ransacking of the U.S. Capitol Building and in the several deaths resulting from that violent invasion, I urge you to please vote to convict Mr. Trump of flagrantly impeachable offenses he allegedly committed as U.S. President.
I also urge each of you to please vote to prohibit Donald Trump from ever again holding any elective office.
I hope to hear from either or both of you very soon about this very major public-policy issue for which conviction of Mr. Trump is very crucial, both to our entire nation and to my own personal safety during my sleeping hours as I lie alone on my own bed inside my current always-bolt-locked solo-occupancy efficiency-apartment unit in Austin, Texas.
I would also appreciate it if either or both of you distinguished U.S. Senators is willing to help me obtain my first-ever DNA-rape-evidence medical exam on myself in more than nine years that has been officially authorized for me in Austin, Texas, by a law-enforcement agency or medical-services provider.
Ever since early 2012, I have been repeatedly rebuffed or rejected in each and every one of my numerous polite requests over a multi-year period for forensic rape-evidence DNA-swab medical exams on myself. Those requests of mine were repeatedly made to local and state and federal law-enforcement agencies, emergency room physicians, emergency room directors, and other medical service providers, and to the SAFE Austin Alliance. The October 26, 2020, e-mail reply to me from President Trump was in response to my most recent criminal-law complaint to the President I had shared with him online at his official White House website a month before his reply note. My criminal-law complaint had been about my being victimized on a daily and year-round basis in Austin, Texas, by alleged home invasion crimes and personal injury crimes and anal-rape crimes during my sleeping hours as I lay alone or lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably snoring, on my own bed inside my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in the northeast section of this state-capital city for Texas.
I had submitted that most recent online message of mine to President Donald Trump at 11:16 p.m. Central Time on Monday, September 21, 2020, at President Trump's official White House website:
"Mr. President, as you know I sent you an urgent online communication at your official White House website on January 11, 2019. In that online message, I politely stated to you that I was seeking 'an immediate end to alleged personal-injury-crimes allegedly victimizing me on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis during my bedtime hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my locked rental-apartment unit.
"I never received a reply letter from you providing me with a written response to that particular request of mine for assistance.
"Mr. President, why have you as a world-famous realtor and current Chief of State chosen not to insist on upholding and protecting the legal right of this very honorable and law-abiding, gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, single adult Anglo male American citizen---myself, John Kevin McMillan of northeast Austin---to myself lawfully and in a civil manner each night exclude any and all persons other than myself from any portion of my current solo-occupancy always-bolt-locked and fully-locked efficiency apartment unit throughout any and all of my sleeping hours?"

The only prior online message I ever directly addressed and submitted directly to U.S. President Donald Trump at his official White House website was a politely-stated request of mine that I submitted to President Trump at about 8:30 p.m. January 11, 2019:
"Mr. President, please ask the FBI agents based in Austin, Texas, to help me put an immediate end to alleged personal-injury-crimes allegedly victimizing me on a daily and year-round and multi-year basis during my bedtime hours as I lie alone, asleep and unconscious and probably also snoring, on my own bed inside my locked rental-apartment unit. I am a longtime celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, gainfully-employed, permanently-drinking-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, civil and law-abiding Anglo adult gentleman. I have a great need for seven or eight consecutive and uninterrupted and uninjured hours of revitalizing sleep every night --- healthful sleep in which I am NOT subjected by anyone to any nasal-inhalants or liquids or 'anal-vibration' services or other so-called 'medical services' during my sleeping hours. I have not authorized ANY medical services being inflicted on me during my sleeping hours, as (you) may already be aware."
That January 11, 2019, online communication from me to President Trump elicited a very prompt reply (below) on his behalf that same day, without any follow-up reply letter having been sent to me by President Trump last year specifically in response to that particular online communication of mine.
