Dear First-Rate Law-Enforcement Officers,
I was very surprised and disappointed to note today that shortly after the New Mexico Department of Public Safety state agency in Albuquerque invited me in writing to send them e-mail communications at an alternate e-mail address for their state agency of "dps.help@state.nm.us", and I then promptly honored their request on that, their apparent gatekeeper, "Don A. Seitz" (below), stated in writing that he regards my e-mail communications to their New Mexico Department of Public Safety as being a "phishing scam" (correction here on his spelling of the word "phishing").
I would welcome any interview with any reliable government law-enforcement agency in regard to my current criminal-law complaint with the Austin (TX) Police Department (APD Case 21-0830533) in which I am the cited crime victim during my sleeping hours as I lie ALONE on my own bed, asleep and unconscious and possibly snoring, inside my current solo-occupancy efficiency apartment unit in Austin, Texas. I always sleep alone on my own bed, and I am a longtime-celibate-by-choice, lifelong-single, permanently-alcohol-free, Anglo male adult criminal-law complainant. My date of birth is April 27, 1957; I was born in Lincoln, Nebraska.
