A respectful FYI to you and your APD Sex Crimes Unit on the following much-appreciated reply e-mail letter (below) I received last night from the Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center of the U.S Government in Fairfax, Virginia. That reply letter was in direct response to a criminal-law complaint from myself about my being victimized on a daily and year-round basis during my sleeping hours---I ALWAYS sleep alone, and I possibly snore during my sleep---inside my double-bolt-locked solo-occupancy (myself, only) efficiency-apartment-unit in northeast Austin.
I am a longtime celibate (including on a continuous basis ever since the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001), permanently drinking-alcohol-free, lifelong-tobacco-free, dependably civil and law-abiding and platonicly polite, clean-talking (no profanity by me in my everyday conversations with others), facially-cleanshaven (no beard, no mustache, no goatee), lifelong-tattoo-less, single adult white Anglo-Saxon gentleman in my 60s, as I have mentioned to you in prior e-mail letters of mine to you.
Detective Costello, I will be very grateful in June 2021 when I receive official authorization from you as soon as possible for a new forensic-medical-evidence DNA-swabs anal-rape-evidence and oral-rape-evidence and illegal-nasal-inhalant-infliction-evidence forensic medical exam on myself.
I am also requesting from you APD-ordered full 190-day retroactive DNA-traces processing as soon as possible this year on any and all DNA-traceable items in that new rape-evidence kit from myself from this year.
I am also politely requesting that you please obtain full 190-day retroactive DNA-traces processing of any and all DNA-traceable items in the two separate rape-evidence kits from me that were already obtained from me by your APD Sex Crimes Unit. Those two kits were obtained from me in two separate months (April and December, respectively) of 2011. Both of those rape-evidence kits from me are reportedly being currently stored and maintained by your APD Sex Crimes Unit here in this state-capital city for Texas.
