Does your very influential State Government of Texas agency in Austin have any current policy that prohibits educational institutions or educational systems operating in Texas from subjecting anyone (I among those persons) to either anonymous communications or continuous anonymous communications in a specified context?
Also, does your very influential State Government of Texas agency have any current policy that prohibits any educational institution or any educational system operating in Texas from subjecting anyone (I among those persons) to deliberately fraudulent or knowingly false communications in a specified context?
Finally, does your very influential State of Texas agency have any current policy that prohibits any educational institution or any educational system operating in Texas from subjecting anyone (I among those persons) to deliberately-medically-injurious continuous noise pollution or to deliberately-medically-injurious noise pollution in a specified context?
