Dear City of Austin Civil Rights Officer Carol Johnson,
Thank you again for a recent return phone call you made to me on my cell phone and also on my home phone. It is very good to sense from your phone messages to me this year that you fully reflect and are guided by your cited official goal of civil-rights "inclusiveness" toward all current residents of Austin, including myself.
I am very hopeful as part of your civil-rights inclusiveness toward all Austin residents, you strongly support full civil rights for myself in my capacity as a gainfully-employed, tax-paying, always-sober, law-abiding, longtime-celibate-by-choice, single-by-choice, polite Anglo-Saxon male adult current criminal-law complainant in Austin.
I am a current complainant in the current and citedly new APD Alleged-Home-Invasion-Crimes-and-Sex-Crimes-and-Personal-Injury Crimes Case Number 21-0830533.
Civil Rights Officer Johnson, can you help me to obtain official authorization from the APD Sex Crimes Unit or the City Government of Austin for what will be the first-ever forensic medical-swabs anal-rape-evidence and oral-rape-evidence and nasal-rape-evidence exam on me since 2011 that APD or the City of Austin as of that time will be willing to authorize for me?
As you are no doubt aware, I am seeking a new forensic DNA-swabs sexual-assault-evidence medical exam on myself, along with full and comprehensive 190-day retroactive processing of any and all DNA-swabs obtained in that forensic medical exam.
So far, the APD Sex Crimes Unit has not been willing to authorize a rape-evidence exam on myself for that new 2021 crime case. The new crime case in which I am the complainant and victim was generated by APD at my request on March 24, 2021, during a visit of mine by ambulance to the St. David's Emergency Room in central Austin. First-rate Austin Police Department Officer Mark Bozyk interviewed me in person inside the emergency room on the morning of March 24 and helpfully provided me with the official APD case number for the new APD crime case that had been generated that day.
Any DNA-traces to anyone other than myself that are obtained from that urgently-needed new rape-evidence exam on me will be very compelling crime evidence in a court of law in Austin, Texas, that I myself was in fact sexually assaulted or physically assaulted during my sleeping hours (I always sleep alone on my own bed, and I snore) by each and every one of the individuals, no matter how many dozens or hundreds of persons that will prove to be from full and comprehensive 190-day retroactive DNA-traces processing, whose own DNA matches to any of those DNA traces in the new rape-evidence kit obtained from me.
I have been completely celibate throughout any and all of my own conscious or waking hours ever since and including the day I moved to north Austin in August 2001. Ever since I moved into my current solo-occupancy efficiency rental-apartment unit at Pebble Creek Apartments on June 21, 2019, I have never at any time ever once permitted anyone but on-duty Austin Police Department officers or, one total occasion that occurred several months ago, on-duty EMS staff members, to enter my apartment unit at nighttime. I am also a very strong criminal-law complainant because I lead a permanently drinking-alcohol-free (ever since 1990). lifelong-tobacco-free, lifelong-tattoo-less, platonicly polite, and permanently marijuana-free (ever since 1984) lifestyle. In my entire life, I have never consumed any illicit drug other than marijuana. I might add that I am NOT a "recovering" or "former" alcoholic or "recovering" or "former" illicit-drug addict. Also, I do not have any criminal-conviction record. I am also dependably civil and law-abiding and very honest.
On behalf of the civil-rights question I am posing to you today, I would like to share with you portions of the online January 29, 2021, press release from the City Government of Austin that announced your appointment as the first-ever Civil Rights Officer for the City Government of Austin:
'“I am very happy to have Carol Johnson join our team as the City’s first Civil Rights Officer. Her extensive experience in civil rights matters will be instrumental in driving the department’s programs for establishing goals, policies, and best practices that address racial equity, social equity, and inclusion for City of Austin residents,'” said Deputy City Manager Nuria Rivera-Vandermyde....
'“I’m honored to be appointed as the City of Austin’s first Civil Rights Officer and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities ahead in leading the City’s Civil Rights Office toward providing racial and social equity and inclusion for Austin residents,'” said Ms. Johnson...."
