I feel confident that I will soon have official confirmation from the landlord I can share with you for your APD investigation of APD Sex Crimes Case 21-0830533 that no one but me is authorized by the landlord or management team or owner of my current rental-apartment unit (Apt. 2418), or of my current multi-unit building (Bldg. 17) where I reside as a rent-paying official tenant, or of the current gated-community apartment complex where I reside as an approved tenant, Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive in Austin, to ever himself or herself be situated anywhere inside my current apartment unit anytime at nighttime or anytime during the early-morning hours.

The following is the exact text of the online message (late item, below) that was sent by me at 1:28 p.m. today in the official management-team-provided online portal for tenants (and possibly also for approved occupants) of Pebble Creek Apartments, 8805 North Plaza Drive, Austin, Texas. I am the only approved cited tenant and only approved cited occupant on my current signed-by-me-and-by-a-management-team-representative official 12-month lease agreement with Pebble Creek Apartments, a Belco Equities-affiliated gated-community complex that is located  in northeast Austin and several blocks east of Interstate Highway 35. My current lease agreement for Apt. 2418 expires at 11:59 p.m. June 30, 2021. The online address for the official portal I entered in order to submit the following message today to the management team here at Pebble Creek Apartments, is: ActiveBuilding and contains the online address of "https://pebblecreekapts.activebuilding.com/login"

 I am the current criminal-law complainant in APD Sex Crimes Case 21-0830533, with yourself, APD Sex Crimes Detective William Costello, the first-rate crime investigator for that case. I left a voice-mail message with you at 1:09 p.m. today at your official APD Sex Crimes Unit workplace in Austin, after the secretary for your unit, Nicole, polite transferred my phone call to your official voice-mail service at that unit, which identified you by name as the APD detective inviting a voice-mail message from me. Nicole has transferred my call on her own initiative after she stated to me that you were not available to take that phone call from me. In that message, I politely reminded you that you recently stated to me on the telephone that if I myself ever obtain ANY photographic evidence of anyone other than myself physically present anywhere inside my current apartment unit at nighttime, you will then authorize a forensic DNA-swabs sexual-assault-evidence medical exam on myself by a forensic nurse. 

That new rape-evidence medical exam on me in 2021, which will be the very first that APD has ever authorized for me since 2011 in response to 15 or more requests for forensic medical evidence rape exams that I have made to APD throughout the most recent nine-year period, will result in a new rape-evidence kit for APD in which I am the cited crime victim and criminal-law complainant.

The online portal message I wrote and sent at 1:28 p.m. today to the polite management team here at Pebble Creek Apartments:

Dear Juan and Karina, I would appreciate receiving a reply note from a member of your management team that confirms for me (if true) that no one but me (John Kevin McMillan, date of birth 4-27-1957, place of birth Lincoln, Nebraska) is currently authorized or has ever been authorized at any time since June 21, 2019, by your apartment-complex management team or by the owner of my apartment unit (Apt. 2418) or the owner of my apartment building, Building 17, to himself or herself be physically present anywhere inside my apartment unit between the hours of 9 p.m. and 7:59 a.m. of any nighttime or early-morning period. I need this factual information from you because I need to provide to the Austin Police Department this additional polite confirmation that I am the ONLY person authorized by the management team or owner of my unit or owner of my apt. building to be physically situated anywhere inside my unit AT ANY TIME during the cited nighttime or early-morning hours.
